OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM from the Lock-Smith Tech , Sean... A 5 STAR RATING without question!!! Again, THANK YOU SEAN for you SAVED THE DAY! :o)) I had lost my girlfriends car key so the stress level for me was immense, to say the least. It just disappeared into thin air~ URGH! I searched and searched for the key for a day and a half , to no avail. I found myself looking in places that THE KEY had no earthly right being (outside in the lawn, the street, driveway, the refrigerator, food cabinet, clothing drawers, bathroom drawers, make up drawers etc...), you get the point. Well, all efforts were in vain and my stress level only heightened. Now this was the ONLY KEY my girlfriend had for her 2007 Chrysler Hemi C300 in which, was posted for sale. As a matter of fact, this is how I realized it was missing for someone had come to take a test drive OM~GOSH!!! My heart sunk and I felt sick inside so it was imperative for me to resolve this unfortunate event ASAP! As I stated, I searched for this missing key for 1 1/2 days and spent another day searching for a LOCK-SMITH that had a 5 STAR rating w/ competitive prices. This is when I found LOW KEY LOCKSMITH with numerous 5 STAR rating reviews in which, I did read the clients commentary and this is why I chose this company. However, there were some indifferences with the quote I was given by the in office agent I had initially spoken with regarding the FOB KEY I had inquired about... but this was not brought to my attention until the Lock Smith Tech arrived. Sean was that Lock Smith Tech and I cannot thank him enough for his professional demeanor and customer service. BRAVO! BRAVO! His TROUBLE SHOOTING ATTITUDE if you allow the analogy making a wrong right and without hesitation brought great relief to me. This could have gone the other way but again... I cannot speak more highly of the outstanding professionalism and demeanor Sean had shown in this matter. I applaud his understanding of the stress level I had been in, his trouble shooting attitude, and most of all truly grasping the great importance of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE for this is what brings the client back , or better yet... You responded to me 5 years later in 2022 LOL. So my response to you is 1 year after your response in 2023. (Because I dont go on Yelp much and I just logged in and noticed your 5-years-after-the-incident-response.) You or the person I spoke to created mistrust (as stated in my original comment) with your business when I called you guys the first and only time. I didn't want to conduct business with you guys at all after finding out from Google that I got some fast talking from your company so there would be no reason to have a discussion with you guys again. the person who came out to unlock our house was great. he was nice and very fast. less than 10 seconds to unlock our house door. I felt bad because it was his birthday but he was in such a good mood and he had only lived around the corner. Adam is amazing. I was locking my warehouse and realized that my door handle was broken. I couldn't leave and was stranded in the middle of the night. Adam was there in minutes! I just called three locksmiths and got two quotes around $130. Finally this place gave me an $80 quote for a smart lock. I was afraid it would take them an hour plus to open my lock, since that's how long it had taken the last time I used a (different) locksmith. Great I saw this business on Yelp and gave them a call. I locked my keys in the car. I like that they are open 24 hours. I spoke with Dave. He was very professional not to mention courteous..
