Came here for breakfast last weekend. They are one year round (thank goodness!). It was me and two friends. We each got a big breakfast because everything sounded so good and it was! The food was out quickly! The coffee was good too! Service was great too!

Great atmosphere with a key west feel. Perfect place for breakfast . Service was great and accommodated our special requests without a problem. Always ready to refill your coffee.

Lots of options for breakfast and nicely located very close to boardwalk .. their breakfast is good . Quick service and lots of seats inside to dine in. I'm just not that happy with their coffee . It's watery and tastes less like coffee. Wish they had latte or other l coffee styles . Good overall. Parking is a bit crazy .. tough to get in peak hours ..

I'm fairly new to North Wildwood, and when I asked one of my local friends Chris from Atilis Gym where I could go for some good breakfast this was the place that he recommended. The owners have been serving the community for almost 20 years. There's plenty of offstreet parking, which is always a plus. Upon walking in I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed, sat down at one of the cozy booths and ordered one of the breakfast specials that they served during the week Monday through Friday. I added a couple eggs because two was never enough and that wasn't an issue. The price was very fair. The breakfast came out perfect eggs cook good and both home fries and grits were excellent. I've spent almost 30 years in Pennsylvania and one thing that I love for breakfast is deep fried scrapple, which is how they prepare it. Coffee is from Lacas which is a Greek owned coffee company and services most of the diners in the New York and New Jersey area. During my stay here for three days I came here every day for breakfast. I got to meet both of the owners which were extremely nice people and welcomed me like family. I forgot to mention the place inside has a ocean vibe and is very cozy. If you're ever in the area and you want a fantastic breakfast, this is your place.

Key West Cafe is a tiny restaurant that you will miss if you drive by too fast. Very casual inside, full of "island" Key West decor, with booths and tables. It's very clean and well kept. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. Owners are usually there and also very friendly. Food comes out quick and is good. I've yet to have a bad meal here. Hands down they have the best hollandaise sauce and tator tots on the island. The best part: it's affordable! Two people can easily get out of there for under $30, especially if you hit up the breakfast specials.

Small local year round cafe in the heart of downtown Wildwood. Delicious breakfast and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're in the area. The employees are friendly and attentive. We'll certainly be back again.

Wanted to try Key West since the day before. But we end up going somewhere else instead. Somehow I change my mind at the last minute. Maybe I should of just listen to my instincts the day before, bc I totally regret going there before leaving Wildwood. Key West is located on the corner of Pacific Avenue and Andrew's Avenue. There is only street meter parking available($2/hour). When we walk in, we waited a few minutes. One of the female waitstaff walk over with annoy attitude, I was like "what I do???" I just walk in. We sat anyway bc of the gr8 reviews on Yelp. The cafe looks cute with all the colorful decors on the walls. As we looked through the menu, a male waitstaff came and takes me and hubby's drink order. My daughter was there, he act as if she doesn't exist, didn't ask if she wants anything at all, huh??? His attitude were pretty pushy, like hurry the hell up kind of attitude. Food wise. I got the Sandy Beach Benedict, daughter got the Donald kids meal, and hubby got some hot cakes with cheesy scrambled eggs. My daughter ate most of her pancakes bc she was hungry, that's the good part. Hubby didn't like his meal at all. The pancakes look very fulfilling but.... Key West put some type of powder on their pancakes, which we wasn't aware of. I think my hubby's scrambled eggs look and taste so much better than KW. I don't know how they serve me eggs with a slab of half melted cheese on top. Last is my Sandy Beach Benedict. The only part I like is the poached egg and sauteed spinach. The rest MEH. Our waitstaff had offer to refill my coffee, but my cup remained empty for the rest of the meal. To Key West Cafe: we witness a argument between your waitstaffs, if they doesn't get along, it shouldn't played out when customers are dinning in. It looks bad for a establishment.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning was seated immediately waited approximately 20 minutes for a waitress to show up to my table. It ended up being the waitress who walked by me a dozen times without saying I'll be right with you or anything being a resident Shame on you.

We had breakfast here while visiting Wildwood for a few days and were very pleased! Service was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Food was also incredible! Highly recommend the "Key West Benedict."

We're so glad we found this hidden gem in Wildwood (I say "hidden" because it's not on the boardwalk). Key West cafe is located on a corner street with ample side street parking. We were greeted and seated right away as we entered a cafe that was reminiscent of "old Florida". It made my day to see the fun decor and sunset mural on the wall. The menu had a lot of great breakfast and lunch options! I personally love eggs benedict so when I saw 5 different variations it was hard to pick which one to go with! I went with the Key West Benedict and had no regrets. My husband got a simple platter of scrambled eggs, tater tots and toast. My coffee cup was never empty and the waitress kindly hooked me up with a to-go cup of ice for some iced coffee on my way out! This is such a great community spot, we will definitely make it a point to come back again next time we're in Wildwood this summer!

A wonderful cafe with beach vibes. Great breakfast foods, I'm hoping to try lunch next year. Food is very good and everyone is friendly. Great family spot.

Corned beef omlette. They need to kick it up a bit and make it a reuben omlette. Not bad though. Tots were awesome.

Cute beachy décor. Very nice and attentive wait staff. Not crowded. Parking was an issue, due to the meters. However, that seems to be the way in Wildwood, if a place does not have its own lot. Have to be sure to have a lot of quarters. Uncle Bill's across the street has their own lot, but we wanted to try somewhere different. My friend ordered a Spanish omelette which she thoroughly enjoyed. After much thought due to the many items on the menu that sounded great, I decided on the Corned Beef omelette. It was ok. Small pieces of corned beef mixed into the omelette. The amount of meat wasn't skimpy, but it was just kind of meh. I think they need to kick it up to a reuben omelette, adding kraut, swiss and dressing. My fault, not sure what I was expecting. Option of hot crispy tater tots was a definite plus, though! All in all, we'd go back if back in the area. Would try some of the other options that I had originally thought about. Looking at some of the delicious looking dishes brought out to other diners, definitely could have made a better choice.

You'll feel like you've transported back to the future like Marty McFly, except you won't need a DeLorean for this. This diner is nooooo gimmick as the food is surprisingly pretty good here. Like any diner, they've got a variety of different selections that'll make your head spin and make you wish you can order everything. They've got your breakfast items - omelettes, sandwiches, pancakes and French toasts. They've got your lunch/dinner faves like 1/4 lb foot long hot dogs, half lb burgers, sandwiches, wrapes and, of course, milkshakes and malts. On our visit here, my wife ordered the Doo Wop Burger and I went with the Road Runner Dog. For the kids, we ordered the Baby Bopper Dog and Fish and Chips. Like I said, all of the food was surprisingly pretty good. We've had bad experiences with beach boardwalk food in the past, but Doo Wop Diner really exceeded our expectations as we knew we were taking a chance when we walked in. The highlight for me though was actually the addictive crinkle cut fries that was served with all of our meals. They were probably frozen, but I absolutely couldn't stop eating them because they were just so perfectly crispy and crunchy - dare I say even better than Shake Shack's fries????? To wash down our meals, I also ordered the Strawberry Banana Shake, which was a real deal ice cream shake and quite refreshing - just ask my kids. If you're walking north on the boardwalk from the Convention Center, chances are you'll easily run into the Doo Wop Diner. At first, you'll think it was just another gimmicky restaurant on the boardwalk, but you'll quickly find out that they probably serve some of the better food on the Wildwood Boardwalk, so fill up here.
