They came out that very afternoon, and I had all my deadbolts and regular locks rekeyed (2 types of keys with key sets for the whole family. It only took about an hour. MAN - he was fast and quiet. So silly me got locked out of my house on a Saturday night. I went through Yelp to look for a locksmiths and this guy was the only person that answered the phone (everyone else was either closed or their voicemail wasn't accepting new messages). He came in about 30 minutes after I texted him my address and got me into my house in less than 30 seconds. He only charged me $45 which I thought was pretty good for coming out on a Saturday night as it sounded like a lot of people would charge you an arm and a leg to come out at this hour. The only thing keeping me from giving him a 5 star is that he answered the phone with just a "Hello." Made me a little uneasy at who would be showing up. Is this the right number? Did I just call some random dude? I understand this is your cellphone but maybe get a google voice line or something to separate your business from personal calls? I've lost my car key and didn't have a spare so I got an estimate from Ibrahim for 2 keys and a remote. He came over less than a hour on Sunday which i really appreciate but unfortunately he couldn't program my car and ordered a new remote and he said it's gonna be ready on Monday, I texted him to follow up om Monday which remote hasn't been shipped and again on Tuesday that he came up with an excuse " I received wrong keys! and I won't be able to do it". It's one thing to lose your keys, but it's another thing to lose your keys on while on the road, but I managed to do it anyways, and oh get this, the spare key was in the car (don't judge me :)) Called these guys after trying different places (also from yelp), and they were the only ones who answered the phone at 10:30pm in the middle of super wide Bakersfield inner city road that you could swear it's a highway. Anyways, they came out fast. they guy was sympathetic and friendly. Got the job done quickly, and he managed to get my car unlocked and of course get my spare. I'd say the only reason i'm giving these guys a five star, is that I called with the notion that I'll be getting AF'ed on the price (being it was late, and it was a remote location), but I though the price was right. After getting locked out last week and getting charged an arm and a leg after waiting over an hour, I was hesitant to call a locksmith for my brother who locked himself out. I wanted to try someone else from last time. These were the first guys I saw on yelp and was feeling hopeful after reading the reviews, I called at 745 not expecting a response and was able to set up an appointment within the next hour. He showed up promptly, even apologized for being late (I was expecting an hour wait at least to begin with, he showed up in 30 minutes!), and was super polite and quick. My brother was in only 5 minutes after we got the door unlocked. 5 minutes! The icing on the cake is that the price was so reasonable, wish I would've known about these guys when I got locked out.
