So this is a Credit Union Policy problem apparently: No matter what your account average balance is and if you're a - good, average, great, or loser customer they put holds on EVERYTHING. And even if the check is local the holds are on the account too long. The only exception is if you're depositing a check from another ENT customer, however, they even did that to me 1 time, look at their balance and deduct the check being deposited, and then you're guaranteed the money. I get it if the customer is known to "kite" accounts, on the overdraft list, if you're a brand new customer, if you tend to deposit checks that are returned, that's a reason to "watch you." But perhaps a code needs to be assigned to customers shown on their account page. "A" = excellent, leave them alone "B" is anything over $5,000. hold, "F" watch every move... But not every time a deposit deposit is made. How do people pay their bills when you're holding their money all the time. Also, wish you were a member of Zelle.

Two different agents in Houston, TX, one in Dallas and now two in the Denver area- Tyrone was first and I quickly sought a new agent from State Farm (just go with Blanca Kerschen, don't take the risk with Tyrone). I have always been an auto policy holder, and over the years added on renters insurance for my apartments. In June of 2018, I bought a house and attempted to transfer my auto policy from Texas, add on my partner's car to my policy, AND add on homeowners insurance. You would think this would result in the red carpet being rolled out, yeah? Quite the opposite. Tyrone botched the transfer of my auto policy from Texas to Colorado. Instead of transferring me as an existing customer with State Farm, he cancelled my policy in Texas in order to justify charging me a $94 dollar "application fee." He illegally obtained my credit card information and charged it without my signature on the authorization form (that they had filled out on my behalf). He would not put his verbal commitments to me in writing and consistently contradicted what he would say via phone and via email. The dollar amounts for every transaction that appeared on my bank statements were always completely discrepant from what I was quoted via phone OR via a formal quote. Ultimately, my opinion of Tyrone Byrd is that he is an unprofessional "hustler" who has absolutely no qualifications to merit possession of a state-sanctioned license to do business ethically. Sadly, he has some real gems that work for him- shout out to his two dudes that are always in the office trying to clean up his messes. You guys deserve an award.
