The first time they offered to do half the roof for damages leaving the house with mismatched shingles (we did not repair only half the roof), the second time they said there was no damage at all, the most recent time they said there is hail damage to the plastic hood over the deck, but not the roof itself. American family is UNPROFESSIONAL as well, the most recent adjuster didn't show until being called and came with her mastiff dog fifteen minutes late. Would not recommend, they act like there job is to say no to all claims. They do not help their clients.
