I went…read morein a few months ago soon after getting the loan. the lady helped me setup the ach and I wanted to do a date change. she said you must make a payment to change the date so I did. turns out the payment was made to the savings account instead of the car payment. So the date change didn't take because the payment wasn't made. Today they said the payment didn't go through because the account didn't exist. when I setup the ach the loan officer filled out the paperwork. So all in all this has been the biggest headache I have ever had dealing with a bank. I will be refinancing very soon

Some thought should be given to making progress into the 21st century when it comes to some of the processing certain components of their loans, likewise some of the fees that I complained about stem from their analog way of doing things, but again that's no fault of their employees. Winnie was a pleasure to deal with, I'm so happy she was assigned to help us and complete the loan and any headaches are now behind us. :) Ask for Winnie and you'll be in much better hands.

I was told I needed to speak with the branch manager. The branch manager I spoke with was condescending and almost rude. Just kept saying it was bank policy for any question I asked. I have had this account for 18 years with no problems until recently and unfortunately it was two in a short period. I was told I could close the account and one of the girls at the counter would help me, he then turned away to work on his computer and I felt dismissed. A few days later I went to a different branch where the manager was kind and answered questions. The result was the same but I didn't feel disrespected when I left. After some thought I have decided to close my account.

You have to request a sanitized pen from their side of the screen to sign a check. The banker let us know that we may be carrying germs that he did not want to be exposed to. There was virtually zero communicatiin during the time we sat at this guy's desk for 40 minutes and he did we know not what. We did follow up with the manager - he basically let us know that this is standard practice for them. We will move our accounts away from this failure of a bank branch as soon as we practically can.
