I took two pair of shoes to another shoe shop near 11th and Harvard I was going be charged $25 to glue a couple of shoes. Luckily, I left and went to Keylon's. One of the shoes, i was told could not be glued and the owner glued the other shoe and did not charge me. I asked if my husbands dress shoe could have the sole replaced and he said yes but it doesn't need that much and they just replaced the very bottom part of the shoe which cost half as much. Service and repair was great. Shoes looked brand new and took less than a week. read more

First time customer at Keylon's and I'll definitely be back after this experience! Friendly customer service, great price and excellent turnaround time. I dropped my Allen Edmonds off to be resoled on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon they were ready for pickup. As you can see in my photo, they did a beautiful job cleaning, polishing, and resoling using a JR Sole and Allen Edmonds heel cap! Much better than waiting weeks to have it done by the manufacturer. Super awesome people. I came in for a quick repair for a hiking boot clip that fell off and the guy there fixed it in 5 minutes for me. I didn't realize that they only took cash so when I realized that I didn't have any cash on me and the job was already done I panicked for a second. He told me no problem and just bring the 8 bucks with you when I had the chance. Would 100% do business there again if I have any more issues with boots. read more

The only shoe repair shop I've ever used in Tulsa was Keylon Shoe Repair (horrible customer service and quality of work). From those 2 encounters (3 years ago), I was so frightened to use any shoe repair shop in this small city. So I've been taking all my leather goods to larger metropolitan areas for repair. My husband needed his shoes cleaned and shined; I wanted to get them done on a weekend when he wouldn't need them for work. The only place I knew was Keylon, but they aren't opened Saturday's. Turned to my trusty yelp and I found another/better to place. I didn't leave a review for Keylon after my first disastrous visit all those years ago because I might have to come back and use their services again for emergencies (needed to stay on their good side just in case they read yelp reviews). However, now that I've found a better place with more convenient hours and location, I can post my 1 star rating. read more

Keylon's is friendly and helpful and does an excellent job. They have re-soled and repaired shoes and purses for us for a number of years. They are also very honest and will tell you whether they can fix the problem or whether they think the results will be worth the cost.
