I brought several shoes to them in different states of needing help. They only accepted to work on ONE of them, the one that needed the simplest of repairs. And the only thing they did for that pair was put some new heels on it. And even then, they didn't bother to polish the shoe along with the repair, which I was shocked at, because that is part of what I asked them to do when they took the shoes. For another pair of boots, they refused to put new soles on them, because they didn't currently have the right soles for that boot... which seemed weird to me, because I'm in Oklahoma, and these were just men's cowboy boots, not fancy space boots. "That's okay, I'm willing to wait a week or two if you can just order the parts. And I'm willing to pay for the parts!" No dice.

Very hard to find and very easy to miss. There's really no signage outside that let you know it's a shoe repair shop; except there's all these things in the window that say shoe repair. The only reason I started coming here is that my old dry cleaner was located next-door; and even that dry cleaner has since gone out of business. This shop has really good customer service and they do really good work. Other people seem to know about this place since the employees are always working on shoes.
