She could not understand the simple choice of a sugar cone and when I pointed to the cone she snapped "don't lean over the counter, the cones are in a display case" I replied "I'm pointing, not leaning" her response was to slam the ice cream case lid down . I was astonished at her rudeness. if she hates working at an ice cream shop and at 9pm she should move on to another job . Needless to say, we walked out and I will be warning all friends and family not to bother going to Kilwins at night !!!
