The office, the equipment, and the staff were all cleaned, shielded, etc. Sharon did a great job, and is a pleasure. We both love that she doesn't try to talk to you the entire time. We have never been able to figure out why a hygienist wants to carry on a conversation the whole time anyway, as it is impossible to answer with your mouth filled with their tools and hands.
