Somehow, the appointment was changed to another date after my confirmation -- with no call, no explanation, and no notice. Impressive system. I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. If accountability, communication, and respectful treatment matter to you, I'd suggest confirming things multiple times -- and maybe still prepare for surprises.

Because of Covid, I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, so I was really nervous. The office staff is super friendly, and Elizabeth, the dental assistant, definitely put me at ease. Dr. Kolman is extremely friendly and personable with a great bedside manner. I ended up having to get a crown, and so far the process has been painless and quick. I absolutely appreciated the phone call that someone canceled. Dr. Nam was extremely personable, with a relaxed but educational demeanor. As someone who isn't a fan of the density, I appreciated the offering of music or Netflix as a distraction method from the procedure. One thing that was different than my previous dentist is that Dr. Nam didn't do my actual filling. She administered the numbing agents and then another person came in, placed and set the filling, and then Dr. Nam checked this. In my other experiences, the dentist always did the full procedure, so this struck me as slightly odd. Other than that, office is clean, staff is friendly, and both appointments took me nearly on time (within a 5-10 minute window) which I think is pretty good!

Today, 04/23/2026, I needed to make an…read moreurgent dental appointment and was told I missed an appointment back in 2023 and needed to pay a $80.00 balance before I could schedule a new appointment. I have never received any documents showing I have a balance due. My recommendation is not to use this dental practice as they seem to be more interested in making money, then helping people and our community!
