I called Kresa back Martin informed me to DRIVE back and get another one due to warranty. I informed him could I just get a refund so I don't have to drive back to if the second one does not work? He stated if the second one does not work to just come back and he will issue a full refund! GUESS WHAT?!?! The second one didn't work! I called him this morning informing him I'm driving down to get my refund. Martin the stated no I'm not getting a refund due to my mechanic not scanning it and have a paper showing it. He stated that's in the warranty I REVIEWED the warranty NOTHING in there stated I had to have a paper. Martin then became irate starting yelling and shouting no I'm not giving you your money back!!! WARRANTY VOID the he proceeded to tell me to get my mechanic on the phone. I did. Martin told my mechanic those parts were NEW!!!!! My mechanic stated no THEY WERENT. However, the took the car to their mechanic which did not specialize in German motors, so that they would pay less. It took them a week to replace the water pump initially. We got the car back, and the check engine light came on stating that the camshaft sensor was having issues. The problem was that the timing belt was not placed correctly. They took the car back, and started working on it again. It took three more weeks for them to put the timing belt on correctly. During those three weeks they kept telling us that the car would be done on a specific day, and on that day we called and asked when we could pick it up and they gave us a new date. This happened over four times in those three weeks. I finally got the car fixed, after a month. I would not recommend this place if you are ready to buy a car and come home with that car in a timely manner.

Made it down to Fresno but we could not find anyone who worked on our truck 1500 ram 3.0 eco diesel, or could help us to figure out the actual problem. We called Ernesto at 8 am the next morning after being referred to many places without anyone being able to fit us in. He said he was also busy but would help us check under the hood to see what could be done to get us home. After helping us check under the hood and troubleshooting with us, we got the truck working correctly in about 15 minutes. After a test run, we were able to make it home with our trailer, and Ernesto refused to take any payment. Thank you for helping us out when you didn't have to! We will definitely send any and all friends and family to you guys around that area, and know that these guys are trustworthy and helpful. We are so grateful!
