On May 7th my dad wanted to go to this place as they sent out flyers for people winning so much…read morestuff which he knew was a scam or something behind it but decided to go check it out. My dad wanted me to go with him which I felt honored but told my mom laughing that he just wanted me to go to work the GPS -_- Anywho we got to this used car dealership around 6:30pm. We were greeted by this African American man that was scamming about 20 people. My dad and I were surprised by the large turnout. Eventually the dude gave us a scratcher and explained that there are 6 golden nuggets on the scratcher. He explained that if you scratch anything other than the golden nuggets stop and then show him then scratch the ticket off and count the gold nuggets then discard. However if you got a gold nuggets you keep going until you no longer get a gold nugget...then show the guy...do the same thing scratch the whole thing. My dad won a cruise to the Caribbean but apparently they ran out and gave my dad a rip off of a free 4 night hotel stay to your choice on the list but you end up paying more and more...$17 dollars just to register, $35 dollars per night not including resort fees...seriously. Apparently there was a delay on their giveaway section which was suppose to occur at 7pm which delayed until 7:30pm. There appear to be about 60 people now. About 7:15pm they passed out chips to try to hype up the crowd I guess so everyone can leave with something. They did speeches and their offers for purchasing used cars. They informed the crowd that they were going to give away two cars tonight (he didn't only one). They had people who won cars return I guess to share their testimonials which was pretty cool. I guess a lot of people received free cars in the past and came back to test their luck again. They gave out about $800 dollars by drawing 8 peoples names, gave out two TVs and another prize I don't remember. The grand prize was a used 2005 car. I think the owner shared how he is able to give cars away by people upgrading their cars as a trade in. Anywho my dad walked away with a Walmart card (amount unknown), 4 scam night stay and chips. I guess I would come out again because they really do give away money, prizes and cars. My dad said he would not buy a used car but will only do "New" cars...gotta love parents. Nice time to see how used dealerships operates and spending time with my dad.

Do not buy a vehicle here. I recently bought a car here and these people are dishonest and I spent…read moretons of money on a car that I took home and all of service lights came on. They said they will fix it, they have yet to do so. It's been a whole month and I've been fed up because my car does not shift past 3rd gear (driving it off the lot) and I just dropped my car off at their dealership cause I was furious. The front desk guy Angel said they will take care of it after I threatened to take them to court. Raj, the owner has been avoiding me since the very beginning. Should've taken that as dishonesty and sketchiness. But young me thinks everyone has a good heart and no one will ever do such evil, but J & S Auto sales proved me wrong. I will update after they "fix" my car and keep everyone updated on the process. But all in all, I am not a happy customer and I didn't even get an apology. This is the first and last time I'm going to do business with this people and I will let all of my thousands of tumblr users know not to go here.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared…read more I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in October and recently reached out to request copies of the pre-purchase inspection/reconditioning records. In California, dealerships are required by the California Department of Motor Vehicles to maintain vehicle transaction records for at least 3 years, so this shouldn't be a difficult request. When I called around 1:00 PM, I spoke with "Raj," who identified himself as the only manager. He said he was busy with a sale and would call me back--but didn't even ask for my name or number until I pointed that out. I provided my information and never received a call back. At 5:30 PM, I called again (well before their posted 7:00 PM closing time). I was transferred back to Raj, who didn't recognize me, didn't ask for my vehicle or details, and immediately said there were "no records." The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. My husband then took over the call, explained clearly what we were requesting, and again Raj insisted nothing existed. For a dealership to claim they have no records tied to a recent sale, especially for a pre-owned vehicle that should have undergone inspection is concerning. Being told to "call Monday and speak to the front desk" only added to the confusion. How does a manager not know where or how these records are kept? This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, communication, and basic accountability. I hope ownership takes this seriously and addresses both the record request and the customer service issues here.

We purchased a 2017 Cadillac Escalade in November 2025, and we're already looking to sell it and…read moremove on. Before buying, we specifically asked the sales associate if the SUV had any issues or leaks. We were told everything was fine. We were also only given a 3‑day return window, which wasn't nearly enough time to uncover the problems this vehicle actually has. Shortly after the return period ended, we found out the transmission needs to be replaced, the shocks are blown, and the A/C doesn't work at all. These are major issues that should have been disclosed upfront. On top of that, we purchased the pre‑paid maintenance plan because we were told it would fully cover routine services like oil changes. When we took the Escalade to another Chevrolet dealership, we were informed that boxes on the maintenance contract were checked incorrectly -- meaning the plan doesn't cover what we were promised. We are still dealing with that mess. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. If you're considering buying from this dealership, make sure you get a full inspection and double‑check every detail of your paperwork before signing anything.
