Super experience with Keystone recently. We chose a leather top finish for our powder room and smooth for the Master bathroom, both exotics. We were very happy with how things went from the showroom through install. The price was great and under mount sinks were include (however we decided to provide our own Kohler's). Thank you Tuba & Mustafa!

I am so happy with our new countertop. We got cristallo quartzite and it looks amazing. I just read one of the customers' review about bad customer service but my fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Zey, Tiba and with installers. In addition, from all of the places we went to (we went to about 5 other places) , this company had the best selection. We would highly recommend Keystone Granite and Tile if you are looking for a nice stone.

We were referred to Keystone-granite by a contractor and I was so glad we traveled to DE for the business rather than stay local. From start to finish everything was easy and everyone was professional and helpful. I had a last minute sink change the day of my installation and was accommodated. I also asked if I could get backsplash to match my counter in the same email and again, no problem. They installed separately the counter and backsplash and you really can't tell. I waited 21 years to get rid of my counters and am so pleased I went with Keystone-granite. Everyone is easy to work with. Thank you again!

Tuba & her team were extremely helpful & patient with us choosing our slaps. U must visit Keystone Granite

Interior shelves are NOT soft close. I spoke with the sales woman and after looking into it she discovered that those items do not come with that feature with that line of Merillat cabinets. Evidently, she doesn't understand what the word EVERYTHING means. I would have been more that willing to purchase a different line, even if it meant more money, but now we're stuck with subpar equipment. She offered to give me partial credit if I purchased a new countertop through them, but I refuse to do any more business with them. Why give them another chance to screw things up. I will not name the sales woman. She's a representative of Reico so it's a direct reflection upon their company by hiring her in the first place. UPDATE - I received a personal phone call from Jim Grace, VP of marketing for Reico Kitchen and Bath. I have to admit that I was stunned that someone in his position would take the time to contact me to let me know that everything was going to be corrected. More companies should take a lesson from him. When the problems are fixed, I will happily change the rating to 5 stars as it would be deserved. Thanks again Jim.

After selecting our remnant, we were rushed into choosing our templates prior to the installation the following day. When I noticed a spot marked with a green X, I was assured it was a small hole that would be filled with epoxy and we would never notice it. We moved forward based on that assurance. When the counters were installed, we found 10 to 15 visibly mismatched epoxy repairs and a noticeable scratch. The one repair I had specifically asked about was the worst of all. A technician came out the following week, acknowledged the repairs didn't match, and admitted our salesperson should have disclosed them -- but suggested most predated Colonial's purchase of the stone, meaning we were sold a heavily repaired remnant with zero disclosure. What followed has been four months of inexcusable customer service. I called 3 to 5 times per week and almost never heard back. When I finally reached Wendy in management on April 2, 2026, she was unaware of key details and said she'd follow up with the service department. It is now June 1, 2026, and I have not received a single callback since. I want to be fair: the counters themselves are beautiful, and every service technician who came to our home was professional and exceptional. This is purely a failure of customer service at the management level. We live 45 minutes away and have busy lives, but we are now left with no choice but to drive there in person just to find someone willing to speak with us. We were prepared to give Colonial more of our business. Instead, we have been ignored for months over an issue that -- at least in part -- was clearly their responsibility. The lack of basic decency in returning a customer's call is something I never expected from a professional company. I would urge anyone considering Colonial Marble & Granite to think carefully before trusting them with a significant purchase.

I emailed again 8 weeks later and was told my items are in stock and they hoped to ship by 2/1, see below Hi XXX, Sorry for the delay in getting your order out. We have since the 2nd week of November been working with a skeleton crew since over half of our warehouse has been out due to Covid. We are a small unique company with unique products that have been overwhelmingly popular over the summer and holidays. It seems like everyone has been baking and wanting to update their kitchen since they are spending so much time there. We are trying to keep orders shipping with the few that we have working. This being said our shipping has taken longer than we have ever expected. Your order has been processed (we have the stock) just waiting to ship. Please note that we don't charge for your order until we ship. Your credit card has only been preauthorized. We hope to be back to normal shipping schedule the 1st of February. Thank you for your patience. I went to the website and found they have stock on at least one of the items in my order, expect now at a price that's 50% higher than when I placed the order. At least fulfill the portion that's in stock vs using this as a way to try to force me to pay more for the same item!!!
