Did get a human on the other line when I called their sales. He took my name and order number and said he would pass it on to customer service. But, because he was in sales, he had no way of checking on my order status. Received an email saying that my order was shipped, complete with UPS tracking number. I clicked on the link and discovered that it's final destination was Mettawa, IL. I'm in San Francisco! Emailed them to ask why the final destination was Mettawa, IL. I get an automated reply with a password so I could register on their help desk so that I could check on the status of my order. I keep getting an error message. Repeatedly. After many careful attempts at registering. Really now ... I just want to know if I'm ever going to get my plates!!!!
