The nail technician took way too long to do my nails because she was too busy talking to the other employees and didnt say two words to me. Was aggressive and I left paying $75 for a refill and a couple white lines drawn on my nails, they considered that an extra $25 fee. I got the same thing done at Cindy's for $45 four weeks ago. I got a pedicure, and the man was so rough that he filed my nails so close to the skin. He was filing my skin and didn't even know. He also did not take the calluses off my feet, but made them worse. Been going there for a year for my uv gel fill and pedicure. The last time I was there, the manicurist took the cheese grater to my feet and was going to hard. Told her I can't have that due to my diabetes. She got an attitude. Then when it's time for my fill she started to use acrylic instead of gel. I told her that's not what I want, she ignored me and my wishes. I had to have them all removed at another salon and start all over. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Discriminatory practices. They do a fair job but technicians are on their cell phones during pedicures which is a bit annoying. What was a real turnoff was charging my husband $3 more for a manicure and pedicure. Women's price is $32, men pay $35. That makes no sense. I got polish & my husband did not. This place is HORRIBLE! I went for a French and let me tell you, when he went to put the whit coat on my tips he kept grabbing dry polish that didn't work and the tips turned out looking a mess. As you can see in the picture he didn't even cover the entire nail. (The picture was after I went to another salon to get a refill). The place I went to begged me to take them off and get a new set because it was that bad. They we're uneven as far as thickness and the nail tech at the new salon I went to spent so much time fixing their mistake and I felt so bad so I tipped her a lot. I found this during a google search for a place to get both a manicure and a pedicure done for my wife and I for her birthday. All I can say is that this place is amazing. The pedicure especially was amazing. They took care of my wife and I and made it a amazing time. I went on a Saturday morning which was a amazing way to start off the weekend. I will recommend making a appointment ahead of time like I did because they were pretty busy. I brought a picture of what I wanted done to my nails but they didn't have the rhinestones so we decided to go a different route I didn't really wanted them coffin style but that day they were super busy I just didn't want to be that type of customer but I felt like it was a little pricey. I went here for a $30 pedicure. The technician did a fine enough job with this. My issue involves payment. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. After I finished getting my pedicure done, I went to the front to pay. I handed the woman at the desk my credit card. She said "sorry, $50 minimum on credit cards and Debit cards". I told her that I don't have that much cash on me, and she should have told me that BEFORE I had a $30 service done (I also checked-in with her when I arrived). She apologized and said that she forgot to tell me. Then she told me that I can use their ATM. I refused to use that, as I don't want to have my identity stolen by their shady ATM. Mind you, they get a financial cut whenever anyone uses that ATM. Then she told me that if I pay a $3 surcharge, I can use my credit card. That's EXTORTION, as credit card surcharges cost a business 1.5%-3%, depending on the store. They're profiting by charging customers double to triple that amount. Also, if you do pay cash, they don't have to report that money to the IR, as it's untraceable. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. read more

He takes his time to make everything as perfect as he can possibly get itS When getting a pedicure he takes his time to really massage my legs and feet! My wife tried this place for her semi-annual pedi, (old lady, painful callous issues).She said, it was the most effective pedi she'd had in the past 2yrs.They did all the usual stuff, warm whirl pool for the feet, sitting in a message chair, cuticles, leg message, but then a small tool came out, to work on her difficult callouses, the girl was very thorough, gentle, AND it was painless. She'd had 3 other pedi's, from two other salons - never like this, it was awesome, (one previous guy said if she came back 6weeks in a row, he'd be able to get rid of those callouses!!). Pedicure and manicures always good, however, except for one technician, others are a bit on the grouchy rude side. One young girl always on cell phone. Other tech was very rude almost mean when I asked her a question after something she did hurt my foot. Also, another time young girl rushed my pedicure and made some weird excuse. So we scheduled appointments for 4 of us to get pedicures together we get her they try to separate us .so we wait for 4 together then they start1 person while the others wait first person is done before forth is even started and yes they had enough staff to do all 4 together. The pedicure was rushed 25 minutes to be exact. Now mind u I work un this business and this would never fly where I work I only went elsewhere so I could relax which by the way I did not I was agrivated my chair didn't work and my pedicure sucked I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more
