I was a walk-in; so I waited about 15 minutes for my service. The employee taking care of me was very friendly and welcoming. Since I was a new customer, she did the standard procedure of asking whether or not I've gotten threading done before. She informed me that she'd do more of a cleanup than a shaping, since there was some uneven arch shaping from my previous salon. I was very happy with the service overall.
