when to get my child's toes and nails done. she is 10.they have an ad 10 and under get child prices. well no they measure u by height if u are 4'3 child prices over adult! plus a 2.50% added for credit card. i got a lip wax and so did my daughter. they $70 for a child's manicure with gel polish, toes regular! two lip wax 14. total with their fees and tax 93.00. no tip as they over charged, misrepresentation, and fees ate ur tip! don't waste ur money or time! read more

Extremely unprofessional salon. Walked in and there was no one at the reception desk. 2 women were sitting in the back on the pedicure chairs on their phones. They had their legs crossed underneath them with their dirty shoes on the chairs. One shouted across the room "can we help you?'. Neither moved from their chairs. I inquired about a pedicure and they assigned a young staff member to me. You pick polish from a chart - no bottles to see the actual color. The brand is one I have never heard of nor seen in any nail salon. Definitely a cheaper brand given the lack of coverage after 2 coats. Wanted a standard pedicure but asked if I could pay for additional foot massage minutes. Answer was no I would have to upgrade to the higher grade of pedicure. Pedicure was fine but the women who manage this salon are clueless about customer service. Indifferent, rude and distracted. Managers were sitting around on their phones with an attitude that they were doing you a favor by rendering the service you were paying for. Down market nail salon to be avoided. read more

I got the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Edges of nails were rough, polish wasn't neat by my cuticles, within 30 hours 5 nails had chips...one had 1/2 of the polish chip off! I didn't do anything that could have caused this. It looked so crummy with the chips that I had to remove all of the polish. Total waste of $20! I will never go back. The only reason I gave it a one star rating is because that's the only way my review could be posted. It should have received zero stars. read more

I brought my friend here for her birthday surprise and made this appointment 2 weeks in advance. We came in and everything was great. The pedicures came out amazing. Then we got to our full sets. I showed what I wanted in the very beginning of us coming in before even stepped foot into a chair. They said they could do similar but not the exact picture. I wanted cherry blossoms and an ombre finger for reference. I said that that was okay. As the lady was doing my nails she completely cut my fingers up to the point of me bleeding onto her. Not a little cut afterwards I found my skin was detached from my nail. I will insert pictures. Then she went to do my design she put pink dots instead of flowers and she said, "I'm not a professional" she then asked me if i liked my nails and I said, "I'm sorry i don't, if you'd like to we can do a simple design" she then started ignoring me and just painted over my nails with black and no top coat. I asked multiple times if someone else would be able to do the design and I was ignored from everyone. I was then charged 106 dollars. For what? Because my nails aren't finished. There's no design. The old design is peeking through. I have dust underneath the paint and my paint 10 minutes after they "finished" started bubbling. My nails aren't even. I went back in to talk to the owner and they told me that I hurt her feelings and that's what matters. And the owner kept repeating that and I told her that I was very respectful the entire time. The owner started giving me an attitude and started raising her voice and told me the employees feelings mattered more than anything else. The employee asked me if I liked my nails and I told the truth because this is what I'm paying for. Please save your money and do not go here. And not only that they left all the stuff over my hands that's peeling and it was just terrible. I will not go back and if I could give 0 stars I would 100% read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in asking for dipping powder and a regular pedicure but wanted them to match. I was told the only way to do that was to do clear dipping powder topped with gel polish and gel polish on my toes which added another $20. When I pressed for any other options i was told some dipping powders matched the regular polish... when I asked which ones she was super rude and yelled "I don't remember"! I asked for different nail tech... I sat for 45 minutes while I was ignored every time a new customer came in the door and it became clear they weren't going to do my nails. I went to the salon in oxford valley mall, paid less, got exactly what I wanted and was treated with respect. I will never come back here. read more

I switched to this place about 6 months ago and have loved it! They are alway so nice, and never leave my nails looking less than perfect. I work with my hands and am hard on my nails, so once, out of all the times I've come, I had 2 nails come off. They helped me color match and make them look amazing again!! Highly recommend getting dip! Linda is my favorite, but I've had most of these ladies so my nails and they will all do a wonderful job! read more

just dont go here. Me and my friend made an appointment we were in a walk-in and the lady who did my nails acted like she was in such a rush. She didn't wait for each layer of my polish to dry before adding another one it was uneven and chunky. Worst of all I tried to let her know one of my nails were broken to ask her to be careful and she said ok ok and then went back to talking to her coworker, and then later when she was filing that nail aggressively almost ripped that loose part of my nail off and it hurt. JUST DONT GO HERW FRFR IT SUCKS at least my lady did read more

I would usually swear by this place (hence my 5 star review a few months ago) but I unfortunately need to update. I received a pedicure ($50.00) a few weeks ago and ended up with paronychia (a bacterial infection that occurs when the cuticle undergoes trauma). I have done 2 courses of antibiotics and still no relief. This is extremely painful. Please be cautious when getting your cuticles pushed back and/or trimmed here. read more

I have gone to this salon a few times. This place is super clean and new. The staffs are nice and friendly. I had a manicure and a spa pedicure today. They were both great. The technician who took care of me did a really great job. They even offered me a cold water while I was waiting. I will definitely come back. read more
