The tow arrived quickly and the operator was polite, only problem is that she damaged my jeep when trying to get intyo neutral. The transmission was seized up. She also set the handbrake so hard the shop could not release it. The damage to the jeep was close to $1,000.00!! I submitted the damage claim form and they denied the claim without talking to the shop, me or the tow trcuk driver!! Some investigation!! I appealed the decision which I new was a joke. Two days later appeal denied?? Ok so small claims clourt here we come. Let me take more time out of my day to fight a service that I thought would be there. You l;;ost my business, I will go elsewhere for my insurance. Thanks for costing me well over $1,000.00 / time and aggravation. Good bye.

You can bring food and drinks on the boat though they do have a bar full of options to choose from if you want a beer or cocktails. No food options to purchase on the boat. Everyone was nice and my son even was able to take the wheel for a while. A positive was that we were able to jump on the boat with no reservation. There are 4 large booth tables and plenty of other folding chairs and tables to relax by. They have a bathroom on board the ship with its very own window. Looking online at the photos I was skeptical, but I had to get the printing done. Driving up, it looks very sketchy from the street and I almost left. I messaged a friend to tell them where I was, just in case. Well, once again I was taught you can't judge a book by its cover. I was impressed by the good humored, professionalism and kindness displayed. While I was there, a woman came up asking for prints, but her documentation showed that her employer had already paid. The attendant told her where to go in order to save herself $20. I'm always impressed by businesses that will help a customer this way rather than charge them for unnecessary services. My fingerprints were completed quickly and efficiently. Make sure to know what forms of payment they take before going.

I expressed concern to the owner after a few days and instead of having an adult conversation, they just let me go. I am college educated and I'm not stupid. The job was complicated and I was willing to do the work and I worked hard the few days I was there. After 3 days, I was left on my own. If I asked a question, the girl would come over, talk real fast, and leave. I even said to her that I wish she would be patient...that she's been there years and I've been there days. Maybe she was afraid I'd take her job. It was really confusing as to why she thought I should know everything after a few days. I turned down another job for this one and that was a huge mistake. I really don't understand why they even bothered to hire me if they didn't want to train me properly. It's actually a really funny story when I tell people what happened to me because they all know what a hard, dedicated worker I am.
