That was more than agreeable with me. Mark and his helper showed up on time, they were friendly and respectful. They got right to their work. The job was a bit more complex than either he or I had expected and took a bit longer, but he powered through. When it came time to settle up, I was anticipating him saying the job was bigger and the price had gone up, but he is an honest man, and quoted the agreed upon price. That is rare today. That is unhelpful and inefficient. It took over two weeks after I contacted them (and after work stopped on my roof) to tell me the issue that resulted in work stoppage, which I could have resolved in 3 days had I known. In the meantime, a rain shower washed roofing material into my pool and I had a leak in my ceiling, which is now stained. Of course, their contract disclaims any responsibility for painting, caulking, clean-up, etc.
