I was charged: $99 service fee to show up, a $125 diagnostic fee for a tripped float switch AND an additional fee of $103 to clean the drain line. $327 total for clogged drain line. I dont even want to know how much they would have charged if I needed a part.

I have tried to speak with them and get a run around of rude people. I will admit my mistake, it was sticking with them for as long as I have.
