To their credit, the installers asked me what the colors should be before going ahead with the install. Good thing they did since the documentation had them swapped. If they had not asked it would have been a disaster; but not because of them. Thanks for confirming. Scope of our project was 2 full baths (new: tile, vanity, counter tops, lighting, mirrors, ventilation fans, shower doors), dinning room (new French Doors), 4 bedrooms (with closets and new ceiling fans), wood flooring (replacing carpet), and crown molding throughout. House age is 27 years. Location: Rockville Town Center. The result was a completed project to our liking on time and within expected budget. Quality of the work is very good. Workers don't smoke, show up on time, are pleasant to work with, sealed off our living space from dust, cleaned up every night, and get the job done with the minimum of disruption. On a Sunday evening, a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I got the water turned off and called the plumber and Kevin at Hamilton's Unlimited. Since I also have a Powder Room on the 1st Floor, I told them both it can wait until Monday morning. Early the next morning the plumber called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they move me up. Of course, I told them yes. By the time the plumbers got here (early), Hamilton's Unlimited had already removed all of the wet ceiling, disinfected the framing, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and hauled away the debris. As a bonus, having the ceiling open like that helped the plumbers determine where the clog was which saved me even more time and money. That afternoon, after everyone had left, I was sure I'd be dealing with this for a week or more. However, over the next 48-hours, Hamilton's Unlimited kept in contact with me, even stopping by, to ensure that the drying process was progressing to their liking.
