My gas my time so I could do business with them. The second issue my Microwave problem. My wife wanted a specific one, She found it online at, you guessed it, in the Deep Oh. So I stopped in and spoke to gentleman that sold me the microwave and of course it was not in stock and needed to be ordered so we did. James told me I would have it on Thursday July 9th. I was not happy with a 4 day delivery time for a product sitting a 4.5 hour drive from me. But I said nothing, smiled and said thank you. On July 7th I receive my third annoying text ( AI naturally ) The Text read GOOD NEWS !!! We will be delivering your shipment on Thursday between 3 and 7 PM. So I responded back, Is this not the time I was promised and at the latest possible hour in the day? Im OK with that but, Can you share the GOOD NEWS with me. That was the good news, They were going to deliver a product on the day they promised. I responded to one of four duplicate daily bot-texts on the day of the scheduled delivery I get another bot-text saying Get Ready your delivery is two stops away. So I cleared out the cabinets above the Microwave pulled the old unit and sat there twiddling my thumbs way past 7 PM. I contacted customer service and discovered they never shipped it at all. Bad News They said it would be another 4 days. The odd thing was no apologies were offered at all. It is what it is was the attitude. So I finally was transferred to a kind person that apologized for the crap and cancelled my order with them. Called my local Appliance Store Bill Smith Appliances they had the same microwave at the same price and I had it the same day. I started thinking about my old company Mechanics Plus , 20 years and over 9,000 customers. If I ran my repair shop the way Home Depot treated me, I would have been out of business in a year or less. Why do we follow the lazy way ? Please try to make an effort to support true American businesses needing our help. I have cancelled all business with Big Box Stores. If your profits are acquired at the expense of your customers happiness, We are fools for doing business with you. Let's try a bit harder to find the business that would appreciate you and your relationship with them, before doing what's easy. God bless the small business owner that has to compete with these Big Box Stores. Just remember the money you spend in your neighborhood stays helping families in your area. Of the 15 trees and shrubs I ordered, only 2 are leafing out in mid April. I'm still watering the rest to see if any might still be trying to live, but I've pretty much lost hope. So - $170 for two living plants. NOT a good deal. By shipping so late in the year, they pretty much guaranteed failure for me. If the plants had been shipped even two weeks earlier, I could have planted everything in the ground. I'm very disappointed with this company, their products, and their "warranty."
