This timing made it difficult to plant anything in the ground. The seedling trees arrived looking pretty healthy, but the guarantee specifically says it is void if you do not plant the bareroot plants in the ground. I did my best with the gallon pots I had, using a blend of native and purchased soils, and put all outside in a sheltered location with plenty of light. Of the 15 trees and shrubs I ordered, only 2 are leafing out in mid April. I'm still watering the rest to see if any might still be trying to live, but I've pretty much lost hope. So - $170 for two living plants. NOT a good deal. By shipping so late in the year, they pretty much guaranteed failure for me. If the plants had been shipped even two weeks earlier, I could have planted everything in the ground. I'm very disappointed with this company, their products, and their "warranty."

I emailed twice and several months later I have yet to hear from anyone.

Your driver , delivery man had an attitude as soon as soon as l said hello. He gave me grief on not answering my phone-several times. At a great value for the price. My husband bought me and my daughters flower arrangements for Mother's Day on the Friday before (2 days). They were beautiful, but did not contain some of the freshest flowers. By Sunday some of the flowers were drooping and sad. We took pictures and brought them to the attention of the florist. They replaced each one of the arrangements! All they wanted was the container back. Now that's customer service! Highly recommend this place for your floral needs.
