He did not just sit in point, he opened up this box to show me my new lighter and when I asked him for screens he showed me all of the screens they had I bought two different kinds. Take a lesson from him, always upsell, ask the customer if they need something else because chances are they forgotten they need something. Increase profit margins, make customer feel welcome. Clerk doesn't take accountability for the business. When I informed him of my 10% off for being a yelp member he said they don't take any forms of coupons. When I said that's fine, I'll leave it in the review for false advertisement he started panicking and asked me to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. I received exceptional service here. I came in with a leaking tank problem, and the very helpful staff member there helped to diagnose the problem and offered a number of solutions to fix it. In the end I ended up replacing my coils and atomizer with the ones she suggested, and by following her advice I have had no leaking since then. Good prices. Knowledgeable staff. Seemed like they had a pretty good selection, they had what I needed, when I needed it. It was very helpful that they were open so late. Recommended, might be the best vape shop in the city. read more

These stores are run by absolute idiots. They are incapable of posting their hours accurately. So, you have no idea how to visit their stores when they're actually open. Their storefronts literally have multiple different contradictory sets of hours posted at their front doors, and no one will ever answer their phone lines. So, it's a guessing game as to which set of hours are the ones to go by. Additionally, the stores are dirty and overpriced with a poor selection of low quality products. It's just an all around dump of a business. Don't shop here. Let them go out of business, which will make room for better businesses to thrive in the area. Good riddance. Yuck. read more

I am so disappointed in the customer service I recieved today at this location. In the past the female associate that worked there was helpful, enthusiastic, and a great salesperson. I talked up their service to a friend, and took her there today. It was a totally different experience. The man behind the counter barely acknowledged us, didn't let my friend finish speaking before cutting her off rudely, and was unwilling to give her any advice on her issue. It was almost like he didn't want to make a sale at all, that would've been to much effort for his zombie-like personality. Do better. read more

The guy working behind the counter can barely be bothered to get up and help you. When you finally do get him over there... He glares at you while you pick something out. Buyer beware, there are NO RETURNS. FOR ANYTHING. PERIOD. You dont even get a receipt. God forbid you get something for someone else. if you try to bring it back literally 10 minutes later because it's wrong but still brand new and in the box, you'll be met with a blank stare and NO RETURNS. Bought a vape here at the cashier's recommendation, guy assured me it was very reliable and had a long battery life. BUYER BEWARE!!! This store sells FAKE, broken Vape Pen Batteries, and does NOT offer any refund, OR even exchange for the broken or FAKE CLONED item. Stopped in looking for CBD in a vape cartridge. The clerk was un-knowledgeable, uninterested and unengaging. When I asked about the differences between the several products, she pointed at the counter and said, "There's the menu. You can read the descriptions." Sold me cbd e-liquid claiming it tasted like water and was meant for sublingual use. They were wrong. Sold me an overpriced vape pen so that I could actually use the cbd e-liquid the right way. Pen malfunctioned in less than a week and they would not offer a return or replacement. They were not even sure of or informed about the product's warranty. Shop at your own risk. read more

Not a bad place with decent selection. Great hours. One HUGE drawback is the juice sampling. I see this a lot in the industry and it always sucks. Rather than have tester tanks set up so you can test flavors, an employee just drips some on your finger and you can lick it. First off, that doesn't give me a great idea of how it will taste when I vape it. Second, often (and was the case with keystone) they don't have zero nicotine testers. So every time you try a flavor, there's nicotine in it. After a few of them, my tongue is numb and it feels like I've had 20 cups of coffee. The guy there was friendly and helpful and I did get a juice I'm enjoying. But they need to get a decent flavor testing set-up in there. read more

I stopped in because I was having a problem with my vape pen that I had not purchased there and the sales clerk was so friendly and helpful and tried so hard to get the cap unstuck from the tank that I was happy to purchase a replacement when he was unable to. After getting home I couldn't get the new one to work and stopped back in and a different clerk, just as friendly and helpful, quickly fixed my assembly error and got it working. Will definitely go back and recommended them. read more
