Nothing too special but it is updated and clean inside. As far as fast food restaurants go, this McDonalds location is better than others in the area. As far as Mickey D's, it's not my very favorite but definitely suitable and one I frequent when going down 460.

If I was Subway, I'd consider pulling the plug on this particular franchise location. If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an on-line order and was waiting in my car, at least 15 minutes. I then proceeded to go inside and inquire about my order. The "manager on duty", Nick, asked if I had an on-line order, to which I responded yes, he then informs me that they are out of meatballs, so I ask for a refund, and he says he has to call his manager to figure out how to issue a refund, and of course the manager does not pick up. So I wait about another 15 minutes, because although I was upset, I'd do not want to hold up the line, while he served the other customers. I told home "it's simple, I ordered and paid for an item, and you don't have the item, so I want my money back". He goes in the back then lo and behold he "found" some meatballs, and proceeds to make my sub. I look at him bewildered, and ask why he didn't get the meatballs the first time. He states that he didn't want to take away from tomorrow's meatballs. At this point, I'm dumbfounded, and I request the manager or owner's contact information, and Nick has the nerve to ask me if he did anything wrong. During the back and forth, he even asks me if I can request a refund on the app. I try to be sympathetic, as he was there by himself, and he said that he did have a helper, but he sent her home because business was slow. While making my sub he asks what cheese I ordered, and I had paid extra for the mozzarella, and he says they don't have mozzarella. I just told him to bag my food up. When I got home, after having this awful transaction, it was the most disgusting subway I've ever had. Such a disappointing experience. I guess I can say that they are consistently good at being atrocious. By the way, the manager's # that Nick gave me, was a bogus phone #. This will be the last time that I ever do business here, what a joke!

When one did she was clearly upset and was swearing and waited on us with a disgusted anger while throwing unused veggies back in their bins. There was literally no professionalism at all and no regard for us as customers, it was a very uncomfortable experience and I won't go back to that Subway again.
