Ugh, I was too positive with the last review. The food from here lately has been stale and cold.

We went at noon on Tuesday 9/23. The restroom was absolutely filthy...not dirty...filthy. My wife reported the same condition on the women's bathroom..claiming there was an oil surface {residual from oil pressure cooking) over everything . The front lobby had napkins, straw papers all over the floor. The food was horrific. My three piece all white dinner was obviously left over from the previous day,,, dry as a desert. my wife's meal was luke warm. French fries were cold and greasy . She didn't even eat them.This was the worst eating experience of my life. No one took a ounce of pride in their work or restaurant. This place would have been shut down if health inspectors had had been present. read more

When in to order an eight piece meal, Rose refuse to put my order in to a larger bucket, proceeded to squish the chicken down the other kid told her she should put a larger bucket. She flat refused. if i could rate 0 i would. me and 3 other people went across country and were given 2 gift cards for kfc. we waited til we were almost home and stopped at this one for dinner. after over almost a week of driving we just wanted a nice cheap meal. we get there and the service was absolutely horrible, acted like it was the end of the world for them to put fresh fries in when they didn't have any. they didnt even ask us what kind of sauce we wanted with our tenders and their lobby was closed so after over 12 hours of driving in just that day we really didn't think about asking or wanted to go back around to ask for some. they forgot one of our fries and the chicken was dryer than the Sahara desert. the kid outside smoking weed in the back had better service then all of them. read more

Awful. The lady taking the orders (with the tattoos) has a terrible attitude. On top of that, the food the was disgusting. We threw it out and ordered take out instead. HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else. The gentleman in the drive thru window was sweet. Someone please hire him where he's appreciated. read more

This owner needs to terminate this manager asap! Total disregard for customer service. First instance was cashier telling me I was lying about getting my biscuit with my meal! Are phaaaawkin kidding me! Act like their personally taking a financial loss for giving me a biscuit. Second, the workers have a total disrespect for customers in the drive through. So much that a customer walked in after they went through the drive through and wanted to file a complaint, which by the way Manager Rosalina or beeeotchface was acting will probably never get reprimanded. Tried not to react to the way "All of the workers" started talking sheeeeeet about the customer after she walked out. Our dine in was completely disrupted at this point, so I went to get a refill and leave, but all of the employees still would not talking disrespectful about customers and about if they wanted to "try something" they would go outside and handle it. SMH Seriously, and the manager was right in there talking shit! Went to order a dozen wings, they don't carry them, had to order an 8 piece instead. I specifically asked for drumsticks and thighs. I got a mix of everything. The chicken was dry as in way over cooked. I was charged 16.99 for this. KFC is way overpriced now for the very low quality of food. Their website says they are following COVID-19 protocols, this was absolutely not the case. I observed only one employee wearing a mask. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of his crew and quality. read more

I went through the drive-thru and Alicia was the lady at the window that helped me. She was very professional. Very thorough and very fast. Excellent customer service 10 out of 10 would recommend. My food was hot and fresh. Very friendly and customer-based environment.! read more

BEWARE!!! I would rate this place 0 starts, if I could!! Service is disgusting and manager is incompetent!!! We spent over 80 dollars worth of food and and they didn't get our order right. I used to manage KFC in the 1980's and at the time the franchise was owned by J.R.Miller in Denver CO. He was a real stickler on everything from production, sanitation, temperatures, operations, quality products, customer service, proper training, and all else related. He had district managers checking on everything about every two weeks and company CEOs came once a month. We was proud of our work for him and our KFC did a booming business. Unfortunately KFC has changed hands, probably several times, and has gone nowhere except downhill. I had a bad experience there last year when I ordered a 2pc chicken dinner to go. As soon as I opened it I could see there was a problem and knew exactly what it was. When chicken is cooked in the Henny Penny the cooking control has to be switched over to the pressure cook cycle. Someone neglected to do that and the chicken came out awful. I took the dinner back and asked to speak to the manager. It was a young female manager. I tried to tactfully and politely explain to her what was wrong with the chicken but she got mad and told me her cooks are well trained and don't make mistakes like that so I could take it or leave it. I promptly threw it in the garbage and swore that I would never go back but loving the KFC chicken when it was done right I ended up giving them another try. This time the chicken was old and tough. I suspect it may have been left over from the day before and it was barely room temperature. From my previous experience there I didn't bother going back, I just threw it away but with such circumstances someone is bound to get seriously ill if not die. Where are the franchise owners and why are they not doing anything about such incompetence??? read more

Ordered a 4 piece chicken dinner and did not receive the chicken... we tried calling back etc ... and got no answer... we felt if we brought it back they would think we had eaten it .. we tried a different store and they were no help either... sooo booo kfc !! I came through the drive thru and they were very rude so I went inside to talk to a manager and figured out the boss was the one I had a problem with. I finally got my food and came home just to take a bite and find a metal nut that came off a bolt in my chicken. read more
