I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location 4 times. Each time I sit at the bar and ask for a beer and a menu. The beer and menu get delivered, but then it's like I become invisible. The bartender constantly pays attention to the service bar and forgets that there are people at the bar who'd like to eat. After 14 minutes I walked over to the service bar to ask her if I could order food. She seemed very annoyed that I bothered her and took a few more minutes before she asked to take my order. Management, please take note. Either she's too busy at the service bar to be able to handle both, or which is more likely, she needs to be trained that if someone asks for a menu, it means they probably want to order food too. It's in the server's best interest to make sure her bar patrons are taken care of as well, as the service bar, where tips are shared. Please make me revise my review the next time I come in. Love all the TVs and sports. It's not the young ladies fault she's overwhelmed.

If you're an iced tea drinker, I highly recommend getting a spiced iced tea. I was skeptical at first, but it's actually just cinnamon iced tea and was lovely. I had the nachos with ground beef. The sauce was not a generic out of the can sauce. the chips were crisp and the ground beef was well seasoned. The only complaint I have if I have to have one is that the jalapeños were very thickly sliced and took over the entire flavor of any bite they were in; a smaller dice on them would've allowed for the jalapeños to be spread out over the entire nacho and not overwhelm the rest of the flavors. My companion had the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and said they were both a solid burger and fries no complaints. Wheelchair accessibility: accessible parking across the street with a crosswalk; the front door is heavy so you're gonna either need help or be able to open a heavy door and there's actually two doors but plenty of room to maneuver between. the path of travel wasn't bad and there's wheelchair accessible seating in the back of the restaurant. There is no wheelchair accessible seating in the bar area. The bathroom door was light .The accessible stall in the women's bathroom had a grab bar, but there was not sufficient turning radius and the soap was up a little high.
