Then while I'm out front I watch not 1 or 2 but 3 cars get serviced before I'm finally brought my food. A couple came through their drive-thru they could not hear they were deaf they said that they wanted a three piece chicken mashed potatoes and a sweet tea they pulled around the window and when the lady at the window saw that she couldn't hear the lady at the window put her hand in front of her mouth so that the lady who is deaf could not understand her... She thought it was so funny because these people were deaf and she had the whole restaurant laughing at these deaf people which is a disgrace these people should be shut down for what they did to this deaf couple. OH MY GOSH!!!!!!! I need negative stars. Don't guess I can post lower than this one star. There is nothing that deserves one, not even the driveway!!!! Wish I had read reviews before going to KFC Byram MS!!!!!!! Never been to Byram KFC. Next time, I will go to Hazlehurst. I live in Georgetown. Today was 45 min. to drive home from Byram. Just walked in the door, opened the bag, and grease is pouring out the corner of both boxes. The bottom of the boxes where the chicken was placed is soaking with grease and the paper box bottom has torn out. Grease every where in bag. I've never seen anything like this. They have taken these chicken breast right out of grease & straight Into the box. But that is not all!!!!! There was very little crust on top of the chicken breast, and not a bit on bottom. I took a fork and checked to see if the meat was tender. Oh, never mind!!These chicken breast are still RAW!!! Yes!!! I am a 70 year old woman, who knows how to cook very well!!! This is a shame that my Social Security pay went for pieces of chicken that are still raw, and boxes torn-up from hot, dripping grease!!!! Yes, A SHAME!!!!!! Whoever boxed that chicken knew it was RAW, and knew better than to put that sopping wet, greased soaked chicken in a carry-out box.. Something should be done about this situation, and that place called KFC in Byram, MS. Is there a manager, if so HE/SHE wasnot doing their job!!!! Was the manager asleep and letting teenagers do whatever they wanted to???? Again, this is a crying shame!!!! We are staying home, trying to stay well, trying not to die from Coronavirus. My order was delivered early and the KFC order was piping hot, very fresh and delicious. The biscuits melted in my mouth . Coleslaw was cold and fresh. I would give the Byram, MS store A+.The delivery text me on my phone and was very polite and left our family dinner on a table by the door. Making fun of any person with a disability is deplorable. Yet the entire staff seemed to think it was ok. Where was the manager? Why weren't they doing their job? I am so sorry that dead couple had to live through the humiliation of going through your drive thru last night. I realize that it is not all the fault of the store. This place is the dirtiest most disgusting KFC I've ever been into employees seem to be lazy as hell had to wipe off our own table after waiting 15 minutes for our cold food and also had to wait 5 minutes to even order our food with no one else in the store because the employees we're busy having a personal conversation in which there language should not have been in a business atmosphere. I knew I shouldn't have stopped there when I saw the used baby diaper on the sidewalk. But I wanted my KFC. Went in to order and everyone was listening to some video on a girls phone and they completely ignored me. I tried to get some attention and then was rudely answered. From the looks of the unwashed hands of the fellow running the chicken fryer, I decided quickly to exit and go find a somewhat clean facility to eat at. As I was leaving I saw the young man appear from the restroom and again went to the grill without washing. Thank Gosh I left. YUCK! read more
