Seating is all outdoors, picnic tables under a shelter, the tables topped with the usual condiments and rolls of paper towels. This would be the first of many catfish meals I would have on this trip. Growing up in Minnesota, it wasn't something that was served to people; more often is was chunked to use for bait for walleye or northern pike.
