After waiting about an hour for delivery, I received only 20 wings, corn, and veggie sticks. The fries and HALF of my wings were missing, and the bag appeared to have already been opened. Given how much food was missing and the condition of the bag, I was seriously concerned that the order had been tampered with during delivery. My boyfriend then had to drive to Wingstop himself to get THEIR mistake corrected, completely defeating the purpose of delivery. While there, an older male employee gave him an attitude and flat-out said he wasn't going to reheat our food, which had gotten cold while we dealt with this mess. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and agreed to heat it up. And after ALL of that, THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG. We ended up with only 30 of the 40 wings I paid for, and the flavors were portioned 10, 8, and 12 instead of the four sets of 10 I ordered. Mistakes happen. But getting a $70 order wrong twice, making a customer drive to the restaurant to fix it, giving them an attitude when they arrive, and STILL not providing all the food they paid for is ridiculous. I paid for 40 wings. I received 30. It really is that simple.
