The seasonings were very good if not for a wee bit salty (but I find most dishes salty so maybe it's just me). The catfish was crispy on the outside and juicy and soft on the inside. In my opinion it was fried perfectly. In fact I can't even fry catfish this well at home. The corn nuggets and fries were equally fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. The employees were attentive when I walked in, they greeted me, and seemed eager to take my order and as soon as my order was prepared I was notified. It took 10 minutes to prepare my food and that was an excellent wait. While I waited for my food several others came and ordered and I could tell this restaurant does brisk business.
