And, as I was checking in, the hotel desk clerk recommended to me. I ordered the steak salad. It was so good & so unusual. Fresh spring mixed lettuce, cucumber, lots of cheese, a healthy portion of steak, mandarin oranges and, to top it off, nice, big onion rings. The service was good as well. I ordered a small order of wings (6) and had them mix their fiery hot sauce and roasted garlic to make a garlic hot... Which they did with no problem. But this was fantastic. The young dude working at the counter was exceptionally nice and pleasant even though I rolled in at 10:30 at night. The decor was kind of old style pizza pub-ish, which was just my style. The place is just two or three minutes off the highway, and it was a fantastic stop to have made. I actually got off the exit for a place called Tommy's, which claimed to be open but unfortunately was not... I rechecked yelp, found this place that was open, and it was a great find. I highly recommend coming here if you live in the area or if you happen to be passing by on the highway. Easy five star.
