We were traveling home from out of state and decided to stop where we could watch football. We were promptly seated upon arrival. Our server, Ashton, arrived immediately to our table and took our drink/appetizer order. Our drinks arrived quickly as did our appetizer. The fried pickles were hot, crispy and perfectly cooked. Our food arrived very quickly. Ashton made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was correct as well as checking to see if we needed refills. Unfortunately, the food, service, and atmosphere were all terrible on my recent visit. Although, we were seated right away we waited over 45 minutes for drinks which came just prior to the food. The boneless chicken which this restaurant is known for was small, tasteless, and not worth its over priced dollar amount. The patio was so hot! It was like sitting under heat lamps where we were seated. Our waitress was running around trying to serve our large party on her own while other servers were seen making small talk with customers they knew. The manager did not seem to know how to direct her staff and although she apologized and made excuses she did nothing to make the visit more pleasant. I do not recommend this location. read more

This just isn't a very good Buffalo Wild Wings. I grew up in Cambridge and was surprised and excited to see that they had updated with a new restaurant on 209. So we stopped there one night on our last night in visiting family. Service was horrible. I don't recall who our waitress was, but she dropped our food off and we didn't see her again until the end. The food wasn't bad. We ordered a couple of drinks and some wings (naturally). I got a pulled pork sandwich and my husband got a burger. They weren't busy at all the night we went and we had our children with us. The place itself is nice and clean. But places like this are never going to survive if management isn't ensuring that the staff are doing their jobs. read more

I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for over 20 years and never have I been treated so poorly by a BW3 Manager than I have at this location. I came in, sat at the bar and ordered a beer. I ordered 10 wings drums only. The bartender who by the way acted very professionally through this entire ordeal took my order and typed on the screen drums only. MY wings came out and they were not what I ordered. I sent the order back and asked for what I ordered. The Manager on duty came out ten minutes later and said to me we do not do drum only orders. I replied, I have never been told at any Buffalo Wild Wings that this is a problem. His response was, "Well I will take it off your bill." Now I am offended and said, "Wait a minute this was an order that could be accommodated and now you are telling me I cannot get what I ordered. If that is the case I would not have ordered another beer. I should not have to pay for my beer if you can not accommodate an order that has already been placed." I was told he would not handle my additional beer charge. 2 beers by the way, draft beers. I said I should not have to pay for the beer. Well his reaction was to call the police. The police showed up and were embarrassed they were called into the situation. By the way, I already paid for the beer. Now here is the kicker, instead of handling the situation correctly and getting what I requested and by the way any other Buffalo Wild Wings in the world would have handled correctly; the Manager throws the original order away, does not accommodate my request that was accepted originally and now has an upset customer who had to write this review. So in summary, the bartender was upset because the manager handled the situation horribly, I am upset and I want the whole world to know what terrible service I received at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Cambridge, Ohio. I wish I could give this place more stars. I used to love BWW. We needed a place to stop for food on a road trip and this seemed like a perfect option. The restaurant itself is very nice. We thought it was brand new and was surprised when told it was about two years old. But the food did not deliver what the building promised. It took longer than usual, wasn't very hot and just didn't taste great. And the wing sauces were so salty. That said, our server was very friendly. There was a dead bug on our table when we sat down and we repeatedly had to swat gnats from our food while we were eating. The food was decent once it came out. Unfortunately, they tried to give our food to another table. This was after someone tried to bring someone else's food to our table 2-3 minutes after we ordered. My Pulled Pork Sandwich barely covered half of the bun. On the plus side, the onion rings were tasty. Walked into here with 11 people after a funeral. We got carded and had to go to hotel to get my wallet after I was told "we card everyone". Well, my fault. My 92 year old grandma gets carded and she don't even drive. I asked for manager and she says, "we card everyone". Common sense comes into play sometimes. I lost my cool when she kept wanting to argue with me. Now she won't serve me. I asked for Corporate number and she said, "it's on the website". She said, "she caught me on camera taking a drink from my wife glass and now won't serve the table. I've had a problem here before but manager made it right because it was the kitchen. The server was over whelmed even though the store was less than half full. She was not getting any support either. She half heartedly took our order and delivered our drinks. Because it is a new store everything takes twice as long. We ordered fried pickles, 15 boneless wings with 3 sauces and a burger and fries. The pickles were good as was the wings. I rolled into town late, after flying all day, and was looking for something open late on a Monday (around 11pm). BWW pulled up on Yelp, but this location got low reviews. Since I was low on options I decided to give it a try, as I know the menu. I sat at the bar and service was very prompt and helpful. The bartender even priced out a couple drink options for me, so I knew what I was going to pay. In addition to a drink, I ordered the chicken sandwich and potato wedges. The sandwich and wedges arrived in a reasonable amount of time, were well prepared and had good flavor. The bartender also brought me dipping sauces of my choice without complaint as a ketchup alternative. I'm not sure if the fact it was late aided my service or their crew is just getting more experience, but I had no complaints. It is alright but when they first opened up they were terrible. The wait was long, the food wasn't that great and everybody (the staff) seemed confused. They have improved a great deal since then. This place was terrible. My girlfriend and I strolled in on Monday, looking for some great food. With most Buffalo Wild Wings, we receive wonderful service and great wings. Sadly this was not the case here. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a host who looked upset to be disturbed. Instead of greeting us, we were met with a rolling eye and what seemed to be a snarling glare. Once the host seated us, the service took forever to come. Once our waitress came, she took our drink orders, along with our food orders (my girl and I come so often we know what we like). After a solid 45 minutes of waiting for our food to come out, they brought us the wrong order. They brought me wings with teriyaki instead of what I asked for (normal hot) and my girlfriend sweet bbq when she asked for spicy garlic. We called for a manager, Ashlynn I think, and she came and spoke to us. We asked if there was something happening in the kitchen and questioned why our order came out so radically different. She claimed there was a malfunction with the computer, which normally would be excusable because it's out of their hands, but we asked other customers at nearby tables, and they said all was well with their orders. We were really confused by everything and asked for Ashlynn again. Our waitress claimed that she had left, but we had just seen Ashlynn walk into the back. Things weren't adding up, so we asked for the check, paid our bill (for the wrong, and uneaten food) and left to get food elsewhere, Ruby Tuesday's to be exact.
