The cute cashier answered every question we had about even the simplest thing on the menu. And the food. The food was beyond what you would expect when you walk through the door. My dad got a slaw dog that came with chili, onions, and a bunch of other things on it. My mom got a hamburger all the way and french fries - She could only eat about half of it. My husband got a triple burger with french fries which he raved about. And I got the grilled chicken Philly with mozzarella cheese and grilled onions that was so delicious that i only wish that I'd ordered a second one just so I would've had more leftovers. The portions are perfect and a little on the larger side so we took leftovers home. You have the option with each meal for two sides. And you can either double up on fries or do like I did and get fries and a mini side salad. I would go here again and again. I've mentioned it to a few people that have also raved about this place as well. What a hidden gen and what a great place when you're in the area. You will not be disappointed!

Never came back to see if we needed anything or if our orders were correct. Mine wasn't! I had to get up THREE TIMES and ask the hostess if they could send our waiter over. The nice hostess offered to get the missing item from my order. Then to get our check. Then to get to go boxes. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! The waiter tossed the check on our table without a word and left. No apology for the awfully rude and neglectful service...nothing. Did I leave a tip? What do you think? I asked them to remake it, letting them know I thought their Coke Zero was out of syrup. While I can't prove it, I'm 99% sure the replacement I got was made with regular Coke and not Coke Zero. I'm not diabetic, but a swap like this could be really dangerous for someone. The only good thing about this Sonic are the carhops. Most of the kids that work here are trying, but whoever is running this place needs to work harder on making sure things are in stock and in good working order. That's not a one-off mistake; that's a process problem. What makes this especially frustrating is that I've been to other Burger King locations that don't have these issues. So this isn't about the brand--it's about local execution and management. After multiple visits and multiple chances, it's clear this store isn't being run to the standard customers should expect. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but at some point honesty matters. Until there's a real change in management and attention to quality and accuracy, I can't recommend this location.
