We ordered here, and the staff was beyond rude! Ordering through the app takes 40 minutes?! Do you get the order, then go buy the ingredients and make the food?! The app said the order was ready for pick-up, but when we arrived, they made us wait even longer! They just said, "That's how app orders work!" I ordered a 16 piece bucket and when I got it home I realized that I only got 14 pieces and was missing 2 breasts! I called the store and they were polite and realized they had made an error. They told me I could come back in at my convenience to get a remake of my order! When I went back into the store they were very accommodating and gave me a replacement 16 piece bucket! They definitely stood by their word to make it right! Really appreciated the customer service. read more

Well, where do I begin? We have been here multiple times and have been so disappointed. EVERY SINGLE TIME they are out of everything, except thighs and legs that are way over cooked!!! You had the cashier eating food Behinde the counter, then greeted us 2 minutes later with food in her mouth. You had another employee who had a kid with their toys covering 2/3 of the lobby. Bathrooms didn't work, complete joke. Either raise your pay to have employees that give a damn, or close your doors. read more

Drive thru order---- was given the wrong drink and then i was given original when I had ordered crispy. the food was fine but a little dry but that's why I ordered crispy. also one of the pcs was smaller than the Biscuit. read more

Terrible service they are always out of whatever you order I've given them four chances I won't try again

The order was placed, that's where the good stuff ended. Didn't have enough food for the order so we had to mix and match, ok well it was an hour and a half before closing so we had to pay and then wait for what they did have, two buckets $40 and we get home and no briskets only one order of green beans, supposed to be two and the one we did get was juice with about 4 beans in it. So we call, number rings and is never answered. We go back and wait in line because the lobby was close. The line has not moved, the whole time I've been typing this I have been waiting on them to take an order. Now we are moved up in the line and the two cars in front of us are being ignored you the window. Literally people honking. read more

Went to this KFC and oh what a mistake! No one ever answered the drive thru at all! Menu board lights were out too. Had to pull up to window to get someone's attention! Ordered and got food quickly. Popcorn chicken was a disaster! Old, dry and crunchy! No meat detected! Probably sitting in a fry basket for 45 minutes! Chicken had been fried ages ago and was dry inside. Got my order completely wrong on the pieces requested. The mashed potatoes and gravy were really good; can't complain! The corn off the cob was another matter. All dried up and chewy! Sitting there in a warmer for hours! Biscuits were ok. Baked a long time back and dry with no butter or jelly. Ordered extra gravy and didn't get it. Two napkins! Two napkins for three pieces of chicken, sides, chicken bites and biscuits! Not enough! Mac and cheese was ok, but not really tasty. Took back the popcorn chicken.
