Consistent disappointment. Perhaps it's just my luck of the draw but every time I come here it's not a good experience. Just so every one knows they now charge over $2 for a cup of water at the location. The mens restroom is very unclean every time I have been here. This time the floor was soaking wet as if some one had urinated on the floor and they crew was just ignoring it. We saw no manager presence for the entire hour we dined in. The Most Horrible Experience we have had since we have had since we have been in Corsicana. The wings were Horrible and there were only six people in there besides ourselves . They said our order for 8 wings a piec would be ready in 15 minutes and it took them more like 45 minutes. Then they had charged us for a combo plate each the French fries were so Salty we couldn't even eat them. Heck I wouldn't recommend this place to My Worst Enemy. I do not live in Corsicana but have eaten at Wing Stop at several other locations. This was BY FAR the worst one I've ever visited. Don't get me wrong, the staff was super nice and friendly but the food was TERRIBLE. Wings were very very tough and hardly seasoned at all. Many times when we order wing stop there's always an abundance of seasoning in the bottom of the plate. Not today. There was no sign of seasoning in the chicken or anywhere else. Furthermore, we ordered all flats but received flats and drums. That was a wasted $35 on a meal tyt was not enjoyable. read more

Messed up my order shorting me half my order. I filled out the online feedback and was eventually contacted by the regional manager out of Tyler. He apologized and made excuses. If you come to this location and order a beer do not expect to get the cup that comes with your meal that you have technically paid for. At this location you are forced to choose between a beer and your drink, food quality not that great fries were soggy, and customer service was the absolute waste. I ordered a 10 pc it was burnt and overcooked. I called back and the phone didn't work then I called back and got put on hold. The Hispanic manager tried spelling her name but I couldn't get it, told me that she had to see the chicken or see a picture of it. I never knew you should take a picture of my food to prove that it wasn't edible. I told her to just take care of her customers and don't worry about it she was arguing with me. This is the worst wingstop ive ever been to. We love the food but the staff is horribly rude, the managment included. We actually stood at the register for five mintes with a manager and an employee in front of us. They never smiled or acknowledged in any way whatsoever. I'm beyond DONE trying with this WING STOP location. The staff that opens on Sundays is the worst !!! They obviously have NEVER been trained on greeting customers, taking orders, or anything that relates to customer service. Their rude, bitchy, mean looks, and attitude is way too much to deal with. We let the first time slide thinking maybe it was just a rough day, but NO...it has been like that everytime. CORPORATE needs to go in and start that location ALL the way over because management doesn't seem to give a damn that they have such a horrible score and continues to let extremely rude, lazy, unfriendly people work for them. Ordered my food at 6:21 PM with only 1 person waiting for their food and a couple behind me in line were the only people in the place. As we wait for our food we see handful of groups come in, order their food and get it 5 minutes later and leave. At 7:20 PM the couple behind me gets their food and finally after an hour of wait I get mine at 7:23 PM. On top of the hour wait the food was room temperature at best.
