My experience did not meet the standards I've come to expect from Wingstop. Firstly, it took over TWO hours to receive our food properly. The staff was rude ESPECIALLY the light skin, tall, mixed, teenager who considers herself a management needs proper training, communication skills, and needs to be put in her place of professionalism. This not only ruined my meal but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The manger threw the ranch and was told for us to leave.
