The staff was rude ESPECIALLY the light skin, tall, mixed, teenager who considers herself a management needs proper training, communication skills, and needs to be put in her place of professionalism. We had to go back twice to the location for them to get it correct. The wait time was excessively long despite ordering ahead. This not only ruined my meal but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The manger threw the ranch and was told for us to leave.
