Nice people. Could be cleaner especially at the drink station. Be sure and tell them to go light on the mayo and sauce. Got a four piece chicken box. Received the smallest drumstick I've ever seen in my life. Breast, thigh, wing small too. Thought maybe the drumstick was a wing drumette, but no, it was dark meat, and it was a leg. Side dishes have shrunk too since I was last there. Searching on line I discovered this wasn't a fluke. There are many complaints about the same shinkflation at KFC. Never going back, there are simply too many places to get fried chiecken in town. read more

doesn't serve me or my nutrition values driving through the drive-through last it's gonna be six months or so great service. I just can't do the nutrition value on the menus anymore. I've never been inside, but I suppose it's very clean. My neighbor is the manager there. She is very assertive I understand from her employees she keeps things clean and orderly. read more

I tried ordering online using Yelp. KFC cashier informed me that they didn't received my order when Yelp updated my order as ready for pick up. After waiting 10 minutes, she informed me that they have the order but it was not ready. I think the employee was not familiar with online order since she can see my order was placed but she said it will not show up on the monitor for the kitchen to prepare the order. I asked if it will be much easier to do it on the drive thru and she said Yes or just come in and place the order. I was trying to avoid anyone from touching my card hence I ordered online. I went in today for a quick lunch....and did not want to spend a bunch of money. I ordered the 5 dollar meal deal (or what-ever the current "meal deal" is....) and I got two pieces of chicken (one thigh, one leg) with one side of the mashed potatoes and gravy. It also came with a soda, and a biscuit, and a cookie. Ya know.....no complaints. The meal was fine, really. The bathroom clean, and the facility clean overall. Of course, I'd expect that at 11:45 am...lol. What (really) can one complain about when 5 bucks feeds you and keeps the stomach from rumbling? So, why only 3 stars? Because I've never seen a KFC that rises above three stars. Ever. They are "fine" and they "feed the need"......but that's about all. I won't go here again. I used to go to KFC but stopped because it was expensive. A bit ago I splurged and bought our dinner here. I have to say it was not really good. It was fake and ok. The side dishes anyway. The chicken breading was so horrible everyone had to remove the breading to even get to eat it. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It fell apart just not in the good way. To top it off no utensils. Whenever I went here before they always gave us utensils. Not this time. Once again I am so disappointed and frankly angry after ordering from this restaurant. My husband went to get dinner for the family and realized when he got home that KFC left a whole meal out of our order. For the prices we pay for fast food you'd think they could get their orders right after making people wait 20 minutes in the drive through line for food. After calling the store and having to beg for a refund, they told me we'd have to come back and bring the receipt to get the food and a refund for the missed meal. So my husband missed dinner with the family to go drive back for one meal, only to get there and be told we have to choose between getting a meal or getting our money back for the combo meal that THEY missed. I am in awe over the lack of professional courtesy and customer service. The fact that they didn't bother to make up for their mistake and forced us to waste time and gas money only to have them give us the meal that should've been with the order the FIRST trip is shocking. After having a problem with KFCs in other towns, we have become interested in seeing how good and bad they can be. This Fallon location was as good as any we have tried. The young woman that helped us was exceedingly polite, even offering us a free drink because we had to wait for our order... which we declined. The order of nine pieces of chicken tenders was pieces of more than adequate size, hot and juicy, and completely satisfactory.
