9am 8/25/25 driving through Fallon, decide to grab some food, the only lady in there was already stand-off when we walked in, but then said she would be with us in a minute, okay cool. What's not cool is rolling your eyes at people when they ask for a bathroom key. What's not cool is one bathroom not opening and the other being used as a porta potty since people don't know how to clean? Filthy, we didn't even eat, or use the bathroom. We ordered Elite chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and meatball marinara. There was only 2 or 3 small bites of chicken on a 6" sandwich, half a slice of bacon and tons of lettuce and onions. Bacon and bread were overcooked and there was a small amount of ranch. It was so dry I added ranch and ended up just throwing bread away and half the vegetables I will definitely go to Port of Subs from now on. Not a real go to spot for me. They typically get my sandwich wrong and if you call them about it, they want you to drive back. I'm not inclined to waste gas these days. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I like their bread as it is easier for me to bite, it's not as hard as others I've tried.

First of all, I understand it subway, but two little teenagers with the worst attitudes I've ever dealt with were running the place... extremely rude. Inside was closed so drive up it was and who knows what they were doing to our food. I can not get past how rude they were! The food was very poorly put together. As far as Subway's go, this place isn't bad :) It's clean, gets good light in the afternoon, service is good. When I'm too tired to have a proper sit down at a restaurant & I don't feel like having pizza, this is my go to place. read more

I have three children. Needless to say I use the drive-thru as much as possible whenever we decide to eat out. I have had the worst luck with this Subway's drive-thru! They have messed up our order every single time we've gone there. Everything from not toasting the bread to forgetting ingredients and then, today, I got a sandwich that was made wrong and had two very rotten tomatoes inside. They were not hard to miss, standing out like two giant black eyes... Yuck. The only reason I gave this location 2 stars is because it is a Subway and Subway is usually awesome. I have mixed feelings - the food here was wonderful (I've never been to a Subway that wasn't great), but there was something awful in the air. We couldn't smell anything, but our eyes were burning and turning red within a few minutes, After a few bites, we had to leave and finish our food at our motel.
