I luckily received a refund for the sides however I did not open the chicken to see what it looked like and now cannot get an additional refund for the chicken jerky I received. I also asked for a blackened ranch and received buttermilk ranch, which was the least of my worries because she did give me sweet heat sauce thankfully. The kid inside (Dominick?) didn't seem to be focused enough getting orders around and correct.
