KFC in Greenville tx totally sucks . I payed for my food and after paying I was told they didn't have any crispy chicken ready that I had to wait 20 minutes. I didn't want to wait so long so I asked for a refund. They said they don't do refunds. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee said she asked me to tell you that we don't do refunds. My order was over $50.00 . They would not explain why they don't do refunds. I asked for my receipt back and they said we didn't take your receipt when they did. Horrible customer service the employee that told me they don't do refunds just stared at me didn't even get an apology. I won't be back to this location again . Awful service read more

I believe KFC as a whole has lost its passion to compete. They've been that number one for a long time and they think that they can continue to succeed by a lot of slick advertising. Meanwhile, the quality of the food, at least at the Greenville location, is abysmal. The last three times I've been there, in as many years, the chicken was greasy and had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. Why can't fast food services get the orders correctly? I'm so fed up to get home and see that they got my order wrong. Too far to take back to them. We ordered Popcorn Chicken combo and side of fries Everything was pre cooked had been sitting under a lamp for a while then re soaked in grease and handed out the window. So , we couldn't eat the Popcorn Chicken, it was cold and soaked in grease, and wouldn't given its Chicken and thats not exactly safe. The fries where completely soaked and cold also. Today I pulled up to KFC in Greenville and they had no chicken at all, only sides. Chicken is your business, how do you not have chicken. Yesterday I called in an order at Panera Bread, on the phone everything was fine. When I arrived they had no bread, really NO BREAD. Ordered delivery taking advantage of free delivery 4th of July ordered a chicken dinner Plus an extra chicken tender. Why is it no restaurant in Greenville will give you the dipping sauce you ordered again this restaurant did not supply the dipping sauce and the chicken tender was the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget very small almost bite size. Also tasted like it had been under the heat lamp a while maybe that's why I was so small it shrunk. No napkins were giving also very overpriced and the tender was a hefty $2.09 for one. This place does not want your business. I tried to call in an order in advance, and they would not answer the phone. When I asked about it when I went there (big mistake), they thought they were entitled to not answering the phone. When I asked about getting my favorite, the pot pie, they gleefully answered it would be an hour. When I went ahead and tried to order some chicken (I know, how outrageous of me), they allowed that all they had available was crispy; original was not available. As long as you order what they have, they will take your order. When I informed the clerk that I would avoid doing business with them in the future, she was good with that. I have a confession, I am addicted to KFC's coleslaw, but after today I believe I have kicked the habit. This location's manager (on duty around 4pm) is the worst. I went into order there were no cars in the drive thru & no customers inside, there was 2 cooks one cleaning one doing nothing. It must have a shift change the manager told what appeared to be new young person to get on a specific register, they are both standing right in front of me no hello, one minute or nothing. I stood there at least 5 minutes. The cashier asked the manager a question & the manager just walked off. Finally the cashier took my order and gave me a cup to get my drink, the soda fountain wasn't working when I told the cashier she said sorry she didn't know, then the manager came out & was doing something with the fountain the cashier asked what's wrong with it & the manager just totally ignored her, again. I'm not mad at the cashier she was polite & professional, but the manager should not be in management she has ZERO professionalism & ZERO communication skills. read more

They almost never have things stocked, food is usually poorly packaged/ & handled, and all but one of the drive thru staff is professional. A typical experience consists of placing an order and half of it is wrong; only then do they tell you they're out and don't have much else. Not rude, just useless. read more

Went shopping with my two daughters for a girls day out. Afterwards we decided to stop and eat in at KFC. We were met by a friendly person to take our order. This was our 1st time eating in since the up grade. Everything seem to be fine until our food was ready. When our food arrived the biscuits were way over cooked! They crumbled like toast and was hard as a rock!!! A piece of my chicken was so old that it couldn't be eaten. It was extremely dry! I showed it to them and asked for a replacement. They gave me a replacement but came to the table to get the the dry piece as if I would still try to eat it. My daughter ordered hot wings. They arrived under cooked! Twenty five dollars wasted on this mess! The whole should have been replaced. We weren't missing out on anything staying away from this place! The booths were dirty and to top it all off, our table happened to be close to the rest room, and they were having problems with the toilet !! read more

My husband and I stopped and used the drive thru. We pull up and my husband lets the person know he needs a minute. She comes back on within a minute and asks if we are ready in an annoyed tone. We are trying to decide what to get for a family of 6. She lets another minute go by and asks if we need help finding anything, still quite annoyed. At the window was no better. When we got our food, we had the chicken littles and fries for snacks, which were very good! We got home. Within a month I have eaten here twice. Both times I've boughtthe family bucket meal and both times the chicken was not fresh and looked like someone picked over it. We decided to eat here today. What a terrible idea. We ordered a five dollar fill-up and 3 additional pieces of chicken. It is usually great, but today it was terrible. The chicken strips were cold and bland and 2 of the 3 pieces of chicken looked like they were harvested from a baby chicken. We will not return until we have found out by a reliable source that they are no longer cheating the customers. The only reason I am giving it one star is on account of the soft drinks, however I must speculate that a different shift set them up. My advise is to go somewhere else. read more
