Your employees are the reason we had Chick-Fil-A for dinner last night. First of all - why is it a drive up location if none of the speakers work for ordering? Or do your employees just not answer. Anyway, I went inside to order, thinking it would be faster. As I entered, the woman working the counter was filling an order for a customer at the counter - she had no expression on her face and I never heard her say a word. I actually thought she might be having back pain based her expression and body carriage. She handed the other customer her food, and turned around and walked off. Never made eye contact with me at all. She then began filling a drive through order. While I was there (about 5:30) I saw six different employees - none of whom acknowledged my presence in any way. After standing at the counter for way, WAY longer than should be necessary for someone to at least say, "Be right with you," I left and went to Chick-Fil-A. They were fast and very nice. read more

My husband and I just ate here. The chicken livers and gizzards were delicious! My problem was we wanted the Combo Meal which included one side and a drink and the cashier refused to acknowledge our request, she insisted the family meal was the only option. Have been going to the Greenvile location for about 5 months. Their food and service has gone down and hit bottom. We ordered food to take home and it took them an hour to get us the order. When we got home, we were missing an item. And the cartons ere leaking. When we called and spoke with a manager, he said he wrote our name down and to just mention the ordeal on our next visit and we'd get our lost item for free. That didn't happen. When we visited again, we were told we needed our receipt and even then, wouldn't get our lost item because it was against corporate policy! Next visit took 30 minutes for their Tuesday 2 piece special and it was overcooked. Next visit, and probably the last, the person getting our drinks put their finger in the cup and when confronted, lied about it and the manager was not concerned. This has got to be the worst Chicken Express I've ever been to!!! Everyone that works there are rude, racist, and ignorant. We ordered a family size corn nuggets in addition to our combo meals and didn't get home with them. My husband calls up there and the rude girl on the phone said we had to have the receipt, which the manager didn't give us one. She then said that we can use the receipt that was taped on the box, but then turned around and said no. We had just left there 8 mins prior. Went to the chicken Express on 205 in Rockwall yesterday February 19, 2023 spent $100.66 on chicken for a family. asked for two large family mashed potatoes, a large family okra and what I got was burned up okra. Nobody can eat we had to throw away and they gave me one little bitty cup. That would maybe be for a children's Meal of gravy for two family size mashed potatoes. I called them and spoke with the owner and apparently his wife and I was explaining to both of them what I bought and how much it was and he said do you have a receipt like WTF how many people were the yesterday that you personally checked out that spent $100.66 on chicken? I was hoping to get some good moist flavorful chicken just like I get if I go to any other Chicken Express restaurant in the metroplex. For the fourth and last time no I did not. This place is overpriced for the dry food they are putting out. I don't mind paying for good food no one does. I've been to the Chicken Express #390 3 times in the last few months. All 3 times I went thru the drive thru. The 1st time they asked me to pull forward.....20 minutes later I was still sitting there. They had forgot about me. They finally walked out and ask me what I had ordered and had to make it up. 2nd visit the cook had his mask on but it was on his neck and none of his face was covered. 3rd visit, last night, same cook.....was cleaning out the fryer that faced the register. He poured old grease back in and proceeded to dump it on the floor at the same time. Okay... I've tried both the Greenville and Rockwall locations of this restaurant. I can honestly say the food is only good if dropped fresh to order. I don't care for the corn fritters, fries, gravy, biscuits or green beans. The okra, corn on the cob and coleslaw are the best sides to order. The chicken gizzards are AWESOME. Crispy, freshly cooked to order and not chewy. The prices are extremely high for a combo in my opinion. But they have daily specials which I try to catch to save a few dollars. read more

It was the worst-slow service and cold food. I asked if the gizzards were fresh, so the manager asked the cook to make more. I appreciated this and didn't mind waiting a few minutes. The same manager who ordered the hot gizzards then filled my box with the old tough ones and added a few fresh ones on top. Went through the drive thru a few weeks ago to grab dinner for me and my wife and when I ordered my meals I order a 4 tender meal for her and me the seven tender meal when I got home I realized they gave me two four tender meals but charged me for what I ordered. I have had better gravy and my kids do not dig it, but it never stops the rest of the food from disappearing from the table. When this location first opened it was good. Now they cook enough chicken for what seems like several days and leave it under a heat lamp. Everything is over cooked, tough, and the place is dirty.
