This place is the epitome of "you get what you get" I ordered using the app and immedietly drove to the store. The order tracker said my food was ready right as I pulled in. Waited nearly 30 minutes in line for the 6 cars in front of me to get their food. (Lobby closed) By the time I got my order, the food was already cold. My order was missing a large side of mac and cheese, the wedges had been subbed out for room temperature fries (fine, but nobody even bothered to mention it to me) there were no butter or honey packets included for the biscuits, and none of the sauces i ordered were in the bag for the chicken. This is my 2nd time coming here in a row where they didnt include any sauces whatsoever. I wasn't about to get back in line to complain, so just like every other time, I suck it up, take the food home that i did get, toss it in the air fryer to make it edible again, and use my own sauces out of my fridge. Like I say, Just know when you order from here...you get what you get. I wouldnt ever come here again, but sometimes i get a hankering for some colonel and my tummy overrides my better judgement. read more

Just take a look at the photo. That is a thigh. It's literally the size of a drumstick from a chicken wing. This location is one of the few places that still has not opened their lobby, otherwise I would have gone in and asked for a full thigh. And...the biscuit was dry and seemed old Geez....I rarely get KFC and now that'll be even more rare. read more

If zero stars was an option I would have gone with a negative zero. First off their staff is always much less than friendly, never a smile, thank you, have a nice day or anything resembling decent customer service. Secondly, they NEVER get an order right. Tried again last night and paid over $65 for our food only to have not gotten our coleslaw and received potatoes and gravy that I didn't order which the ENTIRE gravy was spilled over all of our food. When I called to complain was told to bring it back to have replaced. Now having 4 kids waiting for food I made due but why the heck couldn't my order have been right the first time and this wouldn't have been an issue. Also why would I want to tote that mess anywhere else since it had already messed up my coat and seat of my vehicle? Manager was less than professional. Will be contacting corporate. read more

Very dissapointing experience today. Looked up hours of operation on google and yelp. Both said open until 9. I tead reviews on yelp and although many were 1 star reviews, I wanted to give them a try. Drove 14 miles to find out they were closed already at 8:20. Went through Drive Thru which announced that restaurant was closed. I walked to the door to see if hours have changed. Hours are open until 9 for lobby and 10 gor drive thru. There was no sign saying why it closed early. I guess if you want KFC, you should call ahead and hopefully someone will answer. read more

Inside lobby has been closed ever since COVID. Service at drive through is horrible and slow which is why I prefer to go inside even if it's to get takeout. Other KFC's currently have have dine in. Sign outside of business says now hiring. However, website says no jobs available at this location. Decided to try coming here one more time hoping the lobby was open. Nope. I'm not a big fast food eater, but we love this KFC. They've now managed to get over the COVID issues that plagued many restaurants, and I get what I ordered quickly and efficiently. If they've run out of something they give me the choices which were more than what I ordered, so I'm good with it. Always have been courteous employees. Love this chicken! read more

Worst KFC anywhere. We were told immediately, without a greeting, at the drive through that they were closing at 8 (despite the posted hours) and were given a list of everything they didn't have. We should have taken the hint and gone anywhere else. We got to the window and paid for what we ordered and then were told that they didn't have that either. Why would you run my card, knowing you couldn't fill my order? They offered the chicken wings that they did have instead. After much chaos, we were handed a bag of "food". Is anyone surprised to hear that it was missing the sides and the biscuits, which is really the only reason to go to KFC. I don't even want to talk about what they passed off as chicken. I just had the best experience I've ever had at a kfc, or most fast food drive thrust in general. Granted, I don't have super high expectations of drive thrus. But this was great. Enough for me to yelp about it. My receipt says the cashier's name was Madison. She was a sweetheart. She asked me about sauces, sides, & then said she double checked that each were in the bag before handing it to me. This was still quick & she moved efficiently right through line of cars in the drive thru. I didn't expect it to be busy at 3:30 on a Tuesday, especially with the construction on the street in front. We ordered from this restaurant tonight with a very large order. We followed the website to look at the menu since the inside of restaurants are closed due to COVID. Well all the meals combos(3) were wrong, I ordered my kids tenders which when we went to eat them they were the spicy ones. Not working for young kids. Also they gave us all Mountain Dew instead of sprite(non caffeine). Great now we have spicy chicken and mountain dews!!!! AND no condiments(butter, ketchup, honey, salt and pepper). Well... we entered the drive through, it was slow but I figured it was just cause things were hectic which I didn't mind, but when we got to ordering the person we were talking to had to have us repeat ourselves 5 times . Then in the middle of our ordering, leaves and a new person gets on and says what can I get you , while sounding like he would rather be anywhere else in the world, then is confused by what we are saying asking what happened. It turns out the other person didn't ask if that was all and just submitted the order and didn't even tell us the amount due , and we weren't finished ordering. The guy once he finally figured out what had happened helped us get what we needed correctly , but not without a lot of double checking. Also they didn't have ice, which was upsetting but not the end of the world. After we got our order in it was just like any other we got our food and it was good, and on time. This restaurant does not even deserve one star!!! The night manager is the most mean spirited, rude and foul mouthed individual I have EVER encountered. She scolded me for entering the lobby near closing time, told me to leave the building, cussed at me in foul language when I headed out the doors and then threatened me when I turned back into the lobby in response to her filthy mouth. All this ridiculous, immature behavior from an employee because I tried to purchase a late night dinner. This KFC has had issues for years, orders screwed up, low supplies of cooked product because they turned off their fryers so early and several times absolutely no chicken available with a hour left til closing. I have continued to hope that their service would improve. Unfortunately, they have hit rock bottom as the worst establishment in Holland MI. I have sent a complaint to their corporate office with a boiler plate, sorry you had a bad experience. I called the corporate office and also have a call into the local district manager. It will be interesting to see if they actually care and I get a call back. Won't surprise me to see this location close or KFC become the next company to file for bankruptcy. I stopped on my way home yesterday after an 11 hr day. Ordered $10 chicken box and 2 sides (thinking lunch for next day too). Got my food and drive home. When I sat down to eat I pulled my receipt out of bag only to notice I was charged $12 more than I should have been. I paid for someone else's bucket meal! I called store and Mgr said I could only get a refund if went back to store right away with my food. It is 7.5 miles away. One way. And it's now 7:30 at night too. Basically the implication was I was lying and had to prove I wasn't by coming back. She also said I couldn't come in next day because they'd have no way of refunding me otherwise. So I had no choice. Once I was back at store I didn't get an apology for their error or my inconvenience. Nothing. I simply got a bunch of smug & snotty attitude and indifference. Amazingly Chik-Fil-A had impeccable customer service on my way home! Yay for them. If you want chicken I'd skip the Colonel and see the great staff at Chik Fil-A instead! We stopped after checking out the beach, just looking for warm fast food. Employees working seemed a little on the slow side? Ordered a pot pie. First had to see if they had any left (ok). I then added a pop. A good employee (that wants customers to come back) I think, should point out that the meal is the better way to go. Maybe that's just me. I feel the employees that work there today got up on the wrong side of the bed. Our family only like dark meat chicken and when today when I ordered the 10 piece meal I was told they no longer have that. So I took the eight piece meal all dark. When I ordered threw drive threw they heard my order wrong and quoted me a price for a two meal dinner. The employee was hostile towards me and seemed mad. I got the meal and went home to the family and taking the sides out of the bag I could not believe that the employee seemed like she tossed our mashed potatoes in the bag so hard the bottom of the container came off. I packed everything back in bag and went back. Took the potatoes out of the bag and they started to pour over the edge and I moved the container and caught them and the person in charge said you did not have to toss the food. I never tossed the food and asked for the $20 fill up and than she asked if I wanted the money back. Guess she did not want me standing there so I said yes. She took the money I had coming back and tossed it on the counter top and the change landed around the paper money. Than I told her she did not have to toss my money and she walked away.
