I'm hoping it was just an off day. I want to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. And it looked like they were short staffed, which didn't help at all. We got our food and the order was correct and it tasted great, though, so that was a bonus. I got the chili cheese fries, which kinda hit the spot, but Freddy's has shoestring fries, and I think chili cheese fries need those big, thick fries. We were going to get frozen custard sundaes after our meal, but I could tell that they were still struggling to fulfill the drive-thru and online orders, so I didn't step up to the counter to order again.
