Bad service, mobile orders apparently aren't really tracked and will say they're ready regardless if it really is.

We've been wanting to try Raising Cane's Chicken since we heard they were opening this location…read more Today I ordered The Box Combo. * The chicken fingers were good and very tender. The flavor was just ok. The fries were good and great flavor. The coleslaw and great flavor. Everything was super clean. The staff were very friendly. * The negatives in our opinion; they called out the orders over the intercom system VERY loud!!! One of the girls would yell the person's order over the intercom. Everyone around us would hold their ears. When the guy would call out the order it was fine. We sat outside in the patio area. There were teenage kids at the table next to us that was being sooo loud and yelling back and forth and would even throw things and each other. After about 10 minutes when we sat down to eat thank goodness they left!!!! In our opinion (my wife and I) we felt Cane's was OK. Don't think it's the best chicken in town but definitely not the worst. We will definitely be back some time.

For a fast casual dining restaurant, off the bat, the exterior of this location is very inviting with its contemporary style. The aesthetics of this location continues inside with it's decor and the various seating arrangements which include the standard height, booths and bar height tables. As for the food, I appreciate that there's not a crazy amount of options. It's mainly Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Texas Toast, Coleslaw and their Cane's sauce. Their drink options include: fountain dinks, iced tea, and lemonade. We learned that the lemonade is made in-house and freshly squeezed each day, which was actually pretty delicious. We got The Box combo so we could try a little of everything. The toast was nicely buttered and toasty. The chicken fingers and coleslaw were just average tasting. The chicken was fried well and juicy on the inside but it felt like it lacked a bit of flavor. It wasn't bland but I guess if you dipped in into the sauce, it's their saving grace. The Cane's Sauce is really good, by the way. The coleslaw tasted as I expected so nothing really stood out to me. There are 2 family restrooms with changing tables. It was nice, clean and well stocked with paper products. High chairs are available outside the restrooms. And the service we received was great!

Architecture & Atmosphere: The building looks like someone…read moretook a normal chicken joint and then yelled "EXTREME!" at it until it grew neon signs, flame decals, and a roof shaped like a giant chicken tender. Inside, the vibe is half sports bar, half carnival ride. Bright colors, loud music, and TVs everywhere showing either skateboarding fails or chicken-themed commercials. Employees: The staff are hyped up like they just ate a whole basket themselves. They greet you with, "Welcome to the EXTREME!" and somehow make you believe this isn't just lunch, it's an event. Service is quick, friendly, and a little chaotic -- like your food might arrive with someone ringing a cowbell. Food: The chicken strips are the main event, and they are absurd. Each one is the size of your forearm, battered so heavily that the crunch echoes across the room. Flavor levels go from "Original Crunch" to "Atomic Blast." Sides include fries, onion rings, and something called Extreme Slaw (which tastes like normal slaw but comes in a black-and-red container). Sauces are plentiful, ranging from ranch to a Carolina Reaper dip that feels like a dare. Bathrooms: Surprisingly clean for a place this wild. The stalls are decorated with graffiti-style chicken art, and the soap dispensers say "Wash your hands... EXTREME!" Mirrors have neon frames, which makes you feel like you're in a music video while fixing your hair. Extras: They have arcade machines in the corner (mostly racing and shooting games), and the napkin dispensers shoot napkins at you with way too much force. Seating is sturdy, clearly built for people who plan to eat three baskets and then collapse. Final Verdict: Chicken Strip Extreme isn't just a restaurant -- it's an experience. Loud, wild, and unapologetically over the top. You don't just eat here, you survive it.

Birdie's Blackened Unicorn - Perfection on a Plate…read more I loved this dish! The fish get their name from a distinctive horn or spike protuberance on their head. You don't see this because the fish is now a filet. The meat has a firm yet flaky texture that is mild, slightly sweet with a clean taste. Think of it like a cross between snapper and mahi mahi. It comes lightly blackened but you can request different when ordering. The garnish is a topper of spiraled fried carrot and a tablespoon of avocado salsa. It has the flavors of guacamole but more of a texture similar to a chunky salsa. I could have used a little (lot) more. It's yummy and a good foil for the blackening spices. The rice is served plain. If you don't care for bare rice, ask for a gravy or a sauce when ordering. All in all, an excellent dish! So, when you come here, do look for UNICORNS! They are delicious! -

The first time, my husband had the smash burger and fries and my son had the same thing but the children's portion. Both raved about their meal. I had the mushroom steak burger bowl, it was delicious sitting atop white rice with brown gravy and green beans. The next time, both husband and son ordered the same thing and I switched it up to try the meatloaf stacker, wow! Once again, the meal was delicious and paired it with the corn casserole. I can't rave about this place enough. We ended the meal with homemade strawberry cake, another winner!! The service is wonderful, everyone is attentive and wants to make sure you're taken care of. Waters refilled, which is a rarity these days and food was served prompt. Although small, Birdies is mighty with flavor, service and cute decor! From the cuckoo clocks on the wall to the bird theme throughout, it's definitely welcoming and cozy and not that sterile vibe you get from some establishments. We can't wait to go back and now look forward to our weekly ritual, dinner at Birdies!
