I stopped by here on the way to the house. I was honestly curious if the "double-down" was still on the menu; I didn't see it when I pulled up so I avoided bringing it up when I ordered. The people working behind the counter were extremely nice. Because it was mid day I was between the lunch and dinner crowd. It wasn't packed or loud inside. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich [ Big box meal] with a soft drink. The sandwich was nice but it has a huge bun for the amount of chicken. The fries that came with were very greasy and you could taste the old oil when you bit into the battered fries. The nuggets that also came with this meal were good cuts of chicken battered and nicely boxed; but again the old oil taste was present here. Inside was cleaner than expected due to the outside being quite messy and a lot of people asking for money. It's not really the location fault but it does effect the experience. This place is in a awkward location where it can be very busy entering or exiting the road to the establishment. read more

Each time I come here it is a 30 minute wait OR Longer in the drive thru. Tonight - after 10 minutes of the Same person at the order kiosk I decide to get out of line and go inside. I came here for a 12 pc bucket meal. Traditionally, it will come with 3 of each type of piece of chicken. It came with 1 breast, 7 legs, 2 thighs, and 2 wings. I wasn't tile they were short anything and i felt like just ordering food was being a massive inconvenience to the restaurant. The 12 piece comes with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. We only got two of our sides but the biscuits were fine. I wanted to call but I just don't think I'll ever go here again. Which is a shame cause it's the only KFC close to home. I like this location of KFC. The drive thru can be kind of slow but the workers are generally pleasant and welcoming. The food has always been fresh and tasty. I am informed of specials and have always received the correct order. The store is clean and it's convenient to enter through the old target parking lot. read more

Pulled up at 9:00. One person started to ask me what I would like, then another person says "we're closed". I drive around to look at the sign, it says they are open(on posted schedule). I get back in the drive-thru line and ask if they are closed, the cashier goes "she's trippin we're open". The next girl says "we're closed. Short staffed". I left! Inside dining and pick up are closed at this time but drive thru is open for business. There were a few cars ahead of me but the line moved really fast! For $20. you get 8 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, and 4 biscuits. My original recipe chicken looked sad and the pieces were small (seriously like they cut thighs and breast in half) but my crispy chicken was nice normal pieces. They were so different for some reason they came in two different sized buckets for the same amount of chicken. The new KFC sauce is good, it resembles a honey mustard flavor. All the sides were good especially their mashed potatoes and gravy. Fries are good too but they gave them to me only half way full. read more

They make it seem like ordering all legs is the biggest inconvenience in the world and they are doing me a personal favor to cook chicken, which is their job. And when I ask for military discount, I usually get a curt no and a snear, like they have something against the military. If I had any other closer KFC's, I would definitely find another one. It's KFC and I don't really except much when I go here. I recently went here to try their Nashville Hot and Spicy Chicken which was really greasy. I think they use a oil based spice which is lathered over their original fried chicken. Throw a couple sliced pickles on top and it's suppose to replicate something delicious from Tennessee. I thought it was meh. Came back another time and tried the bone out version, still meh. We placed an order for pickup at 8:56, to be ready at 9:08. We got to the restaurant at 9:12, found no signs or online directions for pickup, and no phones were being answered. It's now 9:37, and I'm still in line to get to the speaker to tell them I have a pickup to begin with since they won't answer their phones. I'm a foodservice manager of 5 years, and work in a similar chain. There are bare minimums I'd expect of establishments, and attending to your phones, upon other things, is one of them. read more

I love their chicken pot pie. The service was very fast, polite and efficient. The place looked clean and well managed. The $5 meal specials are easy on the wallet. I rarely eat fried chicken but found myself not in a mood to cook one night. "Let's try KFC" I thought...big mistake! After a 35+ minute wait in the drive through, the fried chicken I ordered was extremely dry and cold (like it was sitting out for hours).It wasn't fit for human consumption! I submitted a review on the KFC website because I felt wronged for spending money on food I couldn't eat. Around 10 days later we received an apology from corporate with a $20 off my next order coupon... I tried to give them another chance only for my wife and I to get severely ill from food poisoning from the 2nd chance visit. I called the store this time to complain to the source and the person who answered refused to put a manager on the phone and kept putting the phone down so I can hear the employees talking in the background...after a while of hearing employees gossiping in the back ground while the phone was just laying on a counter, the same guy picks the phone up and says "hello may I help you"... I reminded him that I need to speak to a manager on duty because of a health hazard 10 minutes ago, so he then asks "what did you eat?"...I ATE THE CHICKEN STUPID! What else does one eat at Kentucky Fried Chicken? The steak?!?! He put the phone down again like "hold on" I gave up after 5 more minutes of hearing country accent chatter and pans banging around and hung up. I visited KFC yesterday and before I placed my order, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. What did I find there? An employee was sitting on the toilet with her headset on taking orders from people in the drive thru. Having left the restroom before she did, I have no idea if she washed her hands or anything else for that matter. Also, they allow homeless people to sit inside the restaurant and sleep. In addition to that, they have started to put so much gravy on the potatoes that you can't even FIND the potatoes in the bowl. They are WAY TOO laid back and need to step up their game. There's more to a successful restaurant then just getting the orders right. read more
