Unfortunately, all that this location has going for it, is the cool exterior of the building. Placing the order was fine, the worker got it all right and we pulled around. When they approached the car, my husbands name was all messed up on the ticket. Like they didn't even try to put in Jonathan. They just made up something after hearing "John..." We had to ask the worker who brought out the food for mustard and ketchup which he brought out and then we asked for a cup of ice because there was none in my mom's tea. He told us it was $0.79 or something. We held up the drink and showed him it literally had no ice. He huffed and puffed and acted like it would kill him to walk back in with a backbone to get a cup of ice for something THEY messed up on. So instead, my mom took the hot cup of tea since it was too big of an ordeal for the boy. All the while, there are solid glass windows at the drive through and there were young girls eating inside making faces and doing dumb stuff through the window at the cars and us, in the drive through. I know that's no fault of the Dairi-O, but if they had a drive through that didn't sit right beside of solid glass windows, maybe the drive through patrons wouldn't get mocked and harassed by teens/children while awaiting their orders. Needless to say, we will stick to Dairi-O in Clemmons from now on or drive back over to pilot if we're in the area and need a quick bite.

It was good then too. The service is always good, I've never had to wait for a long time to get my orders filled. People are in too big of a hurry these days, slow down and enjoy life and your food. This store or restaurant will give you a 10% discount for your Military Service and I like that in any company especially a food service place. Bojangles is affordable and fills you up as much as you want. If Bo's would make a buscuit with a Fried piece of Pork Tenderloin on it they would take all of the business away from any fast food joint in King. Oh, and the restrooms are mostly clean in the beginning of the day, with so many patrons coming in to eat, they will get a little messy. I understand that and others probably do too. I went by this Biscuit Store this week and they have (2) Ham Buscuits for $5.00 and that my friend is a deal these days. Hot N Ready to eat. Almost every time it was boneless chicken. No zack sauce and not enough ingredients to make the salads. I had to ask what they did have. Today I wound up with the Asian sensation salad. After I ordered they told me that they ran out of the egg roll that was supposed to be in it. The salad was OK and tasted good but was not as good as others from Wendys or Chick-fil-a. I will probably try them again in a week or two to see if they have all the items they advertise on the menu board.

The food tasted great, although most of the food on the buffet was cold. The issue is the service! You have to seat yourself and despite it being a breakfast buffet, you have to wait for a server to serve you. That took forever--only come when you're not in a rush and have at least 1.5 hours. It wasn't crowded; there were empty tables the entire time I was there. At the buffet, you can't serve yourself. So finally when the server came to take our drink order and buffet details (you can do made-to-order omelets, eggs, pancakes as part of the buffet), you have to stand at the small buffet and wait for a server to put the food you ask for on a plate. This took a ridiculous amount of time. They had plenty of employees, but instead of taking our order or serving the buffet, they were filling ketchup bottles, talking, or doing other tasks that had nothing to do with serving the customers standing there waiting. There was a man walking around (appeared to be the owner, as he would occasionally instruct his staff) who was drinking a sweet tea. He rounded the corner to the buffet and I thought that he would finally help us. No, he was just refilling his sweet tea behind the counter. The kitchen knew what they were doing, but the wait staff is just plain awful. They were friendly, but inept. If they train their employees better, I will be back. For now, I won't return.

I said I wanted provolone. He said welll this is all we got. I declined the options given He was smug and gave vibe he didn't want to be working and I was a bother to him. Then as he added lettuce to sandwich (more yellow than green) a girl comes from back with a different cheese option. I asked her what kind of white cheese she was putting out which she replied was American. I told the kid I would like that added to my sandwich. All and all a bad experience and the old lettuce made me sick.
