We ordered the $5.00 meal and only got the main meal. No cold drink, no cookie. We will not be going back. And you still can't eat inside.

Literally the dumbest ppl I have ever met ! I ordered the $7 box paid at the window then was told they didn't have any fries --I asked could they drop some -I'd wait -they said they had no fries or wedges so I could get any other side which I did not want -the guy asked if I wanted a refund I said yeah for the fries I'll just take the rest of the food . He called a black woman with nose piercing who asked if I had paid I said yeah she backed up and called me "baby" lol which is unprofessional like I was offensive which I was not ! Again I was told their truck didn't come it wasn't their fault blah blah blah I said well I don't want any other side (again) I asked to just get the food they bagged skip the side she said no ! Mind you a lighter skinned younger woman is in the back saying how I was getting a better deal with a side since you only get a pinch of fries anyway I said I'm heading to a festival eating on the go so I don't want another side could I just get the food in the bag !! ALL THE MANGERS should be FIRED at this location. THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! I ordered $33 worth of food through the drive thru, a family pack that consists of 6pcs of chicken, 6 tenders, 2 Lg sides & 4 biscuits. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in line, mid day. While waiting for my food I witnessed through the windows, 3 employees laugh/ talk and be on their cell phones. Finally I was handed the bag, I looked inside and no sauces were accounted for. After patiently waiting "again"....an employee came back to window. I asked for the missing sauces for the 6pc tenders that were part of the family meal. She gives me a ton of sauces with an annoyed stank attitude fortunately for her I stayed polite and even thank her. (Bald headed, Scally whack, your hair don't touch your back, gel it, weave it, bi+@h we know you NEED it) (Me being petty) Anyways... I drive home all to find out I paid $33 for a bucket of chicken that ONLY CONTAINED 6pcs & a bag of bbq sauce. I call the store and ask to speak with a manager. I explain how I'm missing most of the food I paid for and that I don't live nearby. She says you can drive back out here. I reiterated it's over an hour drive to come back out and then go back home when I was just there. I asked if she could do a partial refund for the food I didn't receive? She said NO we don't do refunds. She said she can't do nothing for me. I ask for a higher up. She said she's not here. You can call tomorrow, she'll be here. I call in the morning to speak with the higher up manager. A woman employee says she ain't here. I ask when will she be available to speak with? This employee tells me, I told you she ain't here. She says I'm also a manger. What's the problem? I explained what happened the previous day. She says I can't do nothing for you. After a lot of back and forth she finally agrees to put my name in the book for me to pick up the missing food. I tell her I can't come right away as I don't live close by or in that side of town. She says fine, your name is in the book. I thank her for her help and that's that. I go today inside and tell the cashier my name should be in the book for an order that was previously not filled. He checks the book in the office, comes back and says my name isn't in the book but he will fill my order anyway. He ask me what it was and I told him. While he's helping me, this "nappy headed ragged womanish it" comes up and stops him. Tells him to come into the office. They're in the office for sometime. They come out and head towards me. The "nappy headed ragged womanish it" says we can't help you. Your name isn't in the book. I just spoke with the GM, Monica, she said NO. You can call her on Monday if you have an issue! Then walks away. The guy says sorry. Bottom line. This store will waste your time. Fu@k your order up. Charge you for food you NEVER received. Give you the run around while giving you a cold NO as if their mistakes never happen. THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! This store charged me for goods I never received that is SIMPLY THEFT. I had to call the 1800 number to file a report for a small voucher that I may or may not receive via mail. This place is a JOKE. The MANAGERS are PETTY af. Wish I could give this location a zero. Ordered utilizing the app for a family meal. Order went through great would be ready at 6:45. Went in to grab the order. Was told it was the order on the rack, got home and not the right order at all. Completely different. Not only that, the chicken was terrible. Took a bite and saw feather parts still on it. We have tried and tried to get decent food here. Chicken is always soggy and greasy and tastes like chicken bouillion. Biscuits are hard and crumble when you try to butter them. I'm sitting here in my room. Watching that new Dane the Brock Johnso movie and I got a rock of my own sitting in my gut. After I 8 the food. I started feeling a bit stiff around the edges. I mean you know what I'm saying. That sort of feeling if and when and where you got a very big poo coming. Anyway I 8 the food and started getting that feeling. And I wanted to call my son's fiance (who's going to be a doctor after she pays me back but that's a story for another yelp review) so I called her to ask her questions about my movements because I'd do anything to get regular. And she told me to cut the fast food out of my diet. Well Rosie that's not happening. I swear there's a raccoon in my oven so I can bake my pasta salad lunch. So it's fast food EXCLUSIVE for me until that ****** gets out of my oven or dies! So that's the situation we're in. So there's gotta be another way to get me regular. Maybe vacaline? Visited this KFC on West Saginaw Street in Lansing, MI for the third and last time this year. I had the misfortune of stopping by the drive-thru to help "support our local restaurants" thru the COVID 19 pandemic. I rarely eat out and was only stopping tonight to place what I thought would be a quick order for a 24 piece wing bucket for a family birthday outing. By mistake I missed the order box thinking it was at the larger illuminated sign (I don't eat Junk food, normally). In any event, when I noticed I was past the speaker, l could not back up due to the vehicle behind me so my only option was to stay in line and tell them what happened at the window. When I did so, the Cashier was courteous but said he needed to get the manager. The manager, Jacob comes to the window and tells me he cannot take my order that l "have to go back around". HE MUST HAVE GOTTEN HIS GED! ......A suggestion, the next time a customer needs a break, take the order and just have them pull over and wait for it. Never say what they HAVE to do because NOW what I WON'T be doing is patronizing that KFC again. If I get a rare craving for junk food again, there are plenty of places up and down Saginaw Street that will be glad to take my money and please believe that KFC won't be one of them. DO NOT COME HERE! If you REALLY want KFC I suggest driving to the one on S. Cedar St. It's worth the trouble. I live about 1/4 mile away. So we use to go here often. But got really sick of having to wait 30m for our chicken to get cooked. My family likes dark meat, and grilled. EVERY single time we went, I'd say in a years time, that was at least 2x a month. They would never have any dark meat and/or grilled. We would get a 10pc family meal. So we would have to get crispy if we wanted dark meat. They would MAYBE have a couple pcs of grilled white meat. This was literally every single time. So we ha to start asking if they could make some. They would, that took about 30m. We got so sick of it we just quit going for about a year or more. About a week ago we decided to try it again. We figured "It's been forever, it has to be better by now"! WRONG!! Well they don't even sell grilled anymore. And as usual, they had only original crispy breast! NO dark meat what-so-ever! So I just left without ordering. read more
